Cherry Group, a Swedish online gambling firm and owner of BetSoft powered NodicSlots.com and NorgesSpill.com, has acquired 49% of Web Resorts NV based in Curacao.
The group paid €3.3 million and is expected to pay a performance based purchase price as much as another €1 million.
Cherry chief exec Emil Sunvisson said: "Web Resorts offers leading online casinos for mobiles and computers. The acquisition will have a very positive impact on Cherry´s results. I also believe that the prospects to further grow the business are good”
