Playtech is proud to announce a new addition to the team. Hilary Stewart-Jones has been appointed as Deputy-Chairman, effective immediately. She is known for her impressive carrier and being one of the best international experts in Gambling law. Hilary has spent over a decade advising companies on gambling related issues.
Alan Jackson, non-executive Chairman of Playtech, said: "Since her appointment, Hilary has made a significant contribution to the Company's board through her extensive knowledge of the gambling industry. On behalf of the Board, I am delighted that Hilary has agreed to become my deputy."
Before her appointment as the Deputy-Chairman at Playtech, Hilary worked in-house at Labrokes plc becoming head of the in-house gambling division before joining the law firm Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP as a Partner in 2000. She joined DLA Piper in 2011, and will remain a consultant with the firm.

To be honest i did not like playtech like software. And i am not speaking about games, i am speaking about reputation. I have read many stories about stolen jackpots, or missed jackpots that was not paid to players, and playtech never replied anything or make any statements, this is just sucks!

Now it is official. I know that I read a story about this attorney in a previous article. It is great to see women in corporate positions of the gambling industry. MS Stewart-Jones has already proven herself as head of legal at Ladbrokes and is sure to do great things in her new position.
