The acquisition of Dumarca Holdings PLC, owner of Vera&John, by the Intertain Group is now complete.
Intertain paid Euro 44.5 million in cash and approximately 5 million in common Intertain shares with an additional payment capped at Euro 8.1 million which may be due in 2015 or 2016.
In a statement, Dan Anderson, director of Dumarca Holdings PLC, said, "We have formed a great team within Vera&John, and look forward to leveraging our abilities to drive revenue synergies across the group and increase the value of our material share ownership."

Wow, interesting to hear that the "Vera and John Group" is doing so well, I always thought it was one of the most random (and weird!) names for a casino anyway, and hearing they have this kind of money to splash around makes the whole thing even more bizarre. Respect to them though all the same!
