I've heard a lot of bad things about this group with regards to delayed payments, over the top identity checks, and outrageous payment delays of 60-90 days when waiting for withdrawals...I mean what, seriously?!?! I email for this promotion says that you can get the cash back as long as you did not use any bonus with the deposit/deposits your are requesting cash back. Also no max playthrough. I use a deposit bonus in about 1:1000, just think they are mostly defeating the point of making a deposit. I just wish we could have some retroactive...

I have just about written this group off and I mean off all my devices because of their "we could care less about you and what you like" attitude in the last 8 months or so.
