GreenTube, a Novomatic company, has acquired American mobile social casino gaming company AbZorba Games LLC.
AbZorba Games is known for its development of social casino and multiplayer games on its propriety platform. The company offers a B2C mobile casino brand and is a B2B white label turnkey solutions provider. Gaming products include Blackjack, Poker, Roulette and Slots, which perform well on Google Play and Apple App Stores.

Right from the outset of our discussion we felt complete alignment of vision for our table-top casino titles and believe the alliance will provide the best possible platform for our combined success,” Andrew Hughes, chief executive officer and co-founder of AbZorba Games said.

All these startup companies being swallowed up by the established players is no doubt creating a new generation of "dotcom" millionaries, but I dont know if the companies will be susitainable, after all so many of these startups aren't even making a profit and are simply surviving on investor capital...
