GVC Holdings may have some competition in 888 Holdings for the acquisition of Bwin Party Digital Entertainment according to the Sunday Times.
GVC Holdings confirmed that an offer has been made while Bwin has issued a statement saying there are other interested parties.
888 has two times the cap than that of GVC Holdings and may be able to seal the deal with Bwin. 888 will confirm its interest on Monday.

Bwin is a huge company at the online gambling market so I guess it's pretty normal that there are more companies interested in acquiring them. If it's true that 888 has two times the cap than that of GVC will be more likely they to be the new owners.
