French online gambling authority, Autorité de Régulation des Jeux en Ligne (ARJEL) has begun the licensing renewal process.
Several companies have already been notified of their approval including Beturf - online horse race betting via leturf.fr, Everest Gaming - online poker via Everestpoker.fr, Betclic Enterprises - pari mutuel horserace betting, online poker and online sports betting viabetclic.fr, France Pari - horse race and sports betting via francepari.fr, Winamax - online poker viawinamax.fr, SPS Betting France Limited - horserace betting, online poker and sports betting viaunibet.fr and BES SAS - online poker via the bwin.fr domain.

Doesn't every on gambling site have to renew their license when it expires. What make this news? Seriously, I am not trying to offend anyone, just trying to understand why this is news. Have these sites been blocked, did their license already expire? If anyone can enlighten me................
