Back UK Gaming Commission Releases List of ADR Approved Entities

The UK Gaming Commission has released its first list of approved Alternate Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes companies regarding Competent Authorities and Information Regulations 2015.

eCOGRA is listed as the company has offered independent player protection and has been in the industry since 2003.

The Commission is currently accepting applications and if approved, companies meeting the criteria may be added to the list.

According to regulations, information regarding each approved ADR entity must be provided and is available here.

All licensed gambling operators must use at least one of the ADR entities on the list by the deadline of 31 August 2015. Full compliance with ADR Regulations is required of entities and operators by 1 October 2015.
