A report from NJ.com has revealed that Wynn Interactive has withdrawn its online license application, which had already been approved by New Jersey regulators.
According to the report, Wynn’s legal representative submitted a formal request to the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement early this month saying that it “does not wish to proceed with its application.”
Wynn Resorts intended to enter the New Jersey market in partnership with 888 Holdings under one of Caesars Entertainment’s licenses.

When I read this story I went back to see if there was another story that said something about when Wynn first applied for that license. They said it was already approved, so why did Wynn decide to back out at the last minute. I wonder if it has anything to do with their choice of a partner in this deal, 888 Holdings. Not long ago 888 Holdings dropped out of that bidding war for Bwin.Party. Maybe Wynn wanted to be part of 888 and Bwin.Party.....
