A new “licensed and regulated” seal has just recently been revealed by the New Jersey Directorate of Gaming Enforcement. This past Tuesday, it announced that all New Jersey-regulated sites must display the newly unveiled seal so that it is visible to guests.
The idea behind this latest design is for the seal to set their websites apart from illegal or unlicensed operators, making it easy for visitors to immediately decipher whether or not a site is trustworthy.

I think that the idea for the seal and the reasoning behind it is a good idea and makes sense for all New Jersey players. I am wondering if these illegal sites will be able to confiscate, counterfeit or makeup a seal that can fool players into believing their site is also a legal and safe place for them to play. Also there are sites that many US players play at now that may be illegal, but are safe ands trustworthy and US players have been playing there for years. Will these sites have to stop taking New Jersey players to stay out of trouble?
