Winneroo has acquired London’s Ludos Media as part of its multi-brand strategy and the launch of a B2B offer.
Ludos Media’s Winzino casino brand is included in the acquisition deal as well as Ludos Affiliates partnership program.
"We're excited to bring Winzino and its existing customer base and revenues under the same company umbrella alongside the Winneroo brand,” said Jussi Halme, co-founder of Winneroo.
“Changing the business name to Ludos Interactive sets us up perfectly for further website launches and the introduction of a B2B service.”
