NetEnt never fails to make new whether it pertains to a partnership, new game or in this case, a jackpot win; two to be exact!
At the end of November, a Swedish player won a SEK 42.1 million (about €4.5 million) while spinning on NetEnt’s Mega Fortune Dreams Slot. He was wagering SEK 20 (just over €2) when he hit the life changing jackpot.
Within a week of the win yet another NetEnt jackpot has been won, however this time in Mega Fortune Touch.
Lady Luck must be flying around Sweden because once again the jackpot went to a 30-year-old Swedish player. The jackpot actually breaks the record for the largest jackpot ever won on a mobile device previously set at LeoVegas. The €8.6 million jackpot record was set on ComeOn’s mobile casino with a bet of just €1.50.
The lucky €8.6 million jackpot winner, Alexander from Stockholm, said, “I was totally speechless and couldn’t believe what was happening. It was late and my wife had already gone to bed, but I had to wake her up and celebrate.
“I’m going to lay low to begin with, but I’ll make sure my mortgage is paid and treat myself to some exciting holidays. It will probably be difficult to avoid buying a new car!”
“NetEnt’s games excite, entertain and reward our players and it’s fantastic to break another record with this jackpot won via mobile,” commented. Simon Hammon, Chief Product Officer of NetEnt. “Our games have paid out over €13m in jackpots in just over a week – the perfect early Christmas present.”

Neten is doing what gamblers love., unlike other casino providers. How many time do we hear that a jackpot over 1 million €/$ has been won? Hardly! But in a year how many time do we hear that someone has won a HUGE jackpot playing Mega Fortune. Anyway congratulations on the jackpot winners this year. I am pretty sure that...

I am pretty sure that I will never win something like that since I almost never spin on Mega Fortune.

Yes I am jealous...not because I am not the winner, but because I can't play that Mega Fortune game on Netent... Somehow the Danish licensing requirements eliminates this game from all Netent casino's for Danish players. But aside from my sour grapes...Wow! Congratulations to the winners in Sweden. It would be hard to avoid...

It would be hard to avoid buying a new car if you suddenly had millions of tax free euro, wouldn't it? Odd that he put it that way...but I guess driving about in a new car is conspicuous and not something you do when trying to lie low.
