Genesis Gaming will release its new Greek themed Video Slot, Jason’s Quest, on April 2016 via the Quickfire and Relax platforms.
The game follows the adventures of Jason and the Argonauts throughout multiple levels using Genesis’ Graduated Features functionality.
“Jason's Quest showcases our commitment to extending the player experience with a game,” said Geoffrey Hansen, Managing Director. “In particular, we wanted to leverage the levelling up element common in the social and video games enjoyed by millennials.”
Another provider, Pariplay Ltd, known for its The Three Stooges Disorder in the Court title, debuted another branded Slot called “Atari Black Widow”.
Based on the Atari Interactive video arcade game of 1982, Pariplay’s 5-reel, 3-payline Slot version features ‘Seek and Destroy’ wilds, insects carrying a range of weapons and much more.
Special features include free spins and two bonus games plus fast spinning with the ‘Turbo Mode’.
The deal with Pariplay will see the development of additional branded HTML5 games including Asteroids, Pong and Tempest in the coming months.
“It’s with great pleasure that we launch Black Widow®, the first in what will be a long line of Pariplay slots combining the brand equity of Atari’s arcade games with our expertise at developing industry-leading casino games for global gaming operators,” said Gili Lisani, chief executive officer of Pariplay Ltd.
Atari was awesome in its day so we can only hope that Pariplay does the brand justice. If the games are anything like the Disorder in the Court title, Atari fans and Slots players may be seriously underwhelmed.
