Hearing a notification on your phone could be an indication of an instant message on Facebook, Twitter, Hangouts or another social networking site. The key word here is ‘social’. We’re mixed up in each other’s Kool-Aid with a quick text thanks to mobile messengers and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Not only is it social but it’s a matter of convenience. What if this sort of thing became available in the online gambling sector? Actually, gambling solutions provider Slotegrator has been dabbling with the idea and it could soon open new doors for players.
Slotegrator has been testing the use of chat bots in a casino environment. What is a chat bot? Simply put, it is an automated response or assistance provider. So, when you’re chatting with customer service and receive an automated standard response or instruction, that’s the bot talking.
As for the testing, while hunting for the best environment to launch an online casino bot, the company has narrowed it down to messenger app provider Telegram. The system works well in conjunction with this app “due to its anonymity and the fact that this application can cover vast audiences, including users from the countries where online gambling is officially banned”.
Vadim Potapenko, Development Manager of Slotegrator, said, “Users’ messages are protected by enciphering and chat bots cannot be controlled or tracked by anyone. This complex factor is the cornerstone of successful release of an online project these days”.
The Use of Casino Bots
You’re likely wondering how all this is going to work. It’s more than just a messenger app. In terms of gambling, the bots will actually connect to casinos on your behalf. According to Potapenko’s report, Telegram Casino will be the link to launch a game, which will automatically activate a chat bot used to reach an online casino. Users simply text commands and gain full access to a casino including deposits and withdrawals. Seems like it could be handy if you’re in a restricted country, doesn’t it?
Slotegrator proposes two types of online casino bots:
- Chat bot - telegram bot plus platform
- Interface bot - telegram bot plus visualization
In his report, Potapenko concluded, “Our online casino chat bots are truly unique products that, as I previously pointed out, still don’t have analogues on the current market. We are going to be the first company specializing in provision of such kinds of solutions. All of the said above will be fully covered in my presentation at Georgia Gaming Congress held in Tbilisi on March 1. Once again, I would like to lay emphasis on the fact that Slotegrator is the only one company offering such a product. This product enables our partners to operate on any market and stay assured that their valuable data, as well as personal information of their gamblers is effectively secured. Moreover, chat bots enable online casinos to attract gamblers from the areas with poor Internet coverage or owners of mobile devices with insufficient technical characteristics. It is a very important matter, as the majority of contemporary online casino websites are considerably demanding to technical characteristics of devices. These and the rest of matters are going to be the main topics covered in my presentation at the upcoming congress”.

I read and re-read the article but I couldn't, probably due to my inability to grasp the meaning. This is a company that, as far as I understand, is a point of reference for all those who work in the world of online gaming. As if it were a common platform for meeting and aggregation between the various realities. They offer themselves as consultants for those who want to approach this activity: from the acquisition of the license, to the procurement of software and structures, up to the optimization of the customer base. Slotegrator...integrator or aggregator? Since this is something that particularly interests me about the organization and management of game activities, I will try to pay more attention to the subject.

Ho letto e riletto l'articolo ma non sono riuscito, probabilmente per mia incapacità a cogliere il senso. Questa è una società che a quanto ho capito si propone come punto di riferimento per tutti coloro che operano nel mondo del gamingonline. Come se fosse una piattaforma comune di incontro ed aggregazione tra le varie realtà. Si propongono come consulenti per chi vuole avvicinarsi a questa attività: dall'acquisizione della licenza, al reperimento dei software e delle strutture, fino all'ottimizzazione del parco clienti. Slotegrator...integrator or aggregator? Visto che è una cosa che mi interessa particolamente questa dell'organizzazione e la gestione delle attività del gioco cercherò di prestare maggiore attenzione all'argomento.
