In an effort to increase its level of interaction with customers, and make for a more effective relationship, Dafabet has merged the iCore enterprise gaming platform from Comtrade Gaming.
This collaboration means a back-end solution for the brand, and iCore will also be in charge of managing its multi-channel customer relationships. Additionally, it will be given the task of examining online activity, as well as working to strengthen operational strategies.
Among Comtrade’s other capabilities include handling numerous bets per second. It also has the ability to automate real-time bonusing features, while gathering player data, in order to better establish customer profiles and respond effectively.
According to chief executive of Dafabet, Dimi Karatzas, “Migrating the entire back-end platform as a live operator involves massive risks if not done correctly; Comtrade seamlessly managed the process for us and the transition created an instant, positive effect on our business.”
Karatzas continued, “The new platform will help us grow and meet business demands as the market becomes more competitive.”
“We made a promise to Dafabet to replace their back-end and immediately improve their business without any short term negative impacts during integration, and once again we delivered on our promises,” stated Steven Valentine, director of Interactive at Comtrade.
He added, “Our vast experience and flexible approach with individual client needs makes us the first choice for operators looking to improve their platform technology.”

Im not familiar yet with Comtrade and their offering. But I had a great time playing Playtech at Dafabet. I mostly go with straight deposit and all my wins there were paid to e-wallet within an hour. I would love if they implemented Microgaming or NetEnt for example instead of Comtrade.
