The saga of Steve Wynn that began some months ago is getting its latest chapter or two. In February, the famous Las Vegas casino mogul officially resigned from his position of Wynn Resorts chairman. As of recent, another employee of Wynn Resorts is accusing him of sexual misconduct – and he is also being sued by the State of Oregon for breaches of fiduciary duty.
Last Tuesday, the accuser anonymously listed as Jane Doe, filed a suit against Wynn and the company for perpetuating his behavior. The accuser claims she has performed salon services like manicures and pedicures for Wynn since 2015 and is still employed by Wynn Resorts. In her lawsuit, she claims that he kept asking for salon services even after he stepped down from the position of CEO. He invited the accuser to his two-story villa at the resort which he will have to leave by June 1st.
She claims that he forced her into “performing acts of sexual nature” on him during these appointments. Some of these appointments happened even after the first allegations against him surfaced this January.
Another lawsuit against him was filed by the State of Oregon attorneys. The case was also filed last Tuesday in the Nevada district court. Oregon State Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum and Treasurer Tobias Read are suing Steve Wynn and the Wynn Resort's board of directors for the board’s inability to act against patter of sexual misconduct but also the breaches of fiduciary duty. Oregon's pension system owns 8506 shares of Wynn Resort with an estimated total value of $1.3 million. The accusers claim that Wynn's sexual misconduct and events that followed damaged the company's shareholders badly.
They demand “monetary damages for the tumbling Wynn Resort share price” after the scandal has become public, but also the resignation of those responsible for failing to act properly.

@Jade: I hear you. The whole oversaturation with these stories is really saying a lot about people's mentality and character, it's just as predatory as some of the (alleged) behavior we keep hearing about lately. Media's insistence on these matters and giving them such utmost priority is despicable, which wouldn't be the case if such coverage actually led to a healthier climate in society and inter-sexual relationships. As it is, it looks as if the divide between men and women is even bigger, which is a terrible consequence. Or, if not the consequence, the awful revelation of how things really are when they are not tucked away unprovoked by these unfortunate events. Alas, as this particular case is gambling world related, LCB needs to cover it, but we're only providing the factual information as things are developing, without dragging anyone through dirt or making final accusations. Unfortunately, this is one of the facets of today's sad reality.

I hate the media! These people make a living off other peoples misery, whether it is the truth or not. News should be for things like earthquakes, hurricanes, wars, even robberies, but people's personal lives should not be the number one thing that happened today. I hate those talk shows where they only talk about what...

News should be for things like earthquakes, hurricanes, wars, even robberies, but people's personal lives should not be the number one thing that happened today. I hate those talk shows where they only talk about what "Joe Blow" is being accused of today. I only have a certain amount of time on this earth and I'm tired of hearing about these perverts. I only want to hear about it, if it is earth shattering!

I agree with you Mojo Jojo, there are always two sides of the story, and in this case only participants know the truth. We can only hope that the justice will prevail and that the money will have no influence on it :)

He is clearly rich, call me shallow but rich people can do more than those who has less, he can get any women he want. I think he was being played by the 'victim' which in most cases and he fell for it, what can I say, women can be tricky if they want to hehe.

I hear you, Mojo Jojo... There are so many scandals regarding sexual harassment going on lately that we can't tell what the truth is, anymore... If this really happened he deserves punishment and public scrutiny!!

I think it's sad when these kinda things happened. There always two sides in every story. The media is not always accurate, they mostly twisted every story to receive more readers or attention. Unless they have hard proof of something I just don't believe them. Same happened to one great actor, Kevin Spacey, I feel sad...
I think it's sad when these kinda things happened. There always two sides in every story. The media is not always accurate, they mostly twisted every story to receive more readers or attention. Unless they have hard proof of something I just don't believe them. Same happened to one great actor, Kevin Spacey, I feel sad when I hear the news about him being charged for sexual harrassment. Maybe I watched to many movies about conspiracy theory but those kinda things are always based on real events and I do believe some of the aggressors are the victims but that's just my opinion.
