Back NYX Granted Class B Supplier Status by GPEB

Unconditional registration as a Class B supplier has been awarded to NYX Gaming Group by the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch (GPEB) in British Columbia. This move enables the supplier to provide its content to throughout British Columbia something it has not previously had the jurisdiction to do. This is quite an achievement for NYX as the region's regulatory standards are widely respected through the gaming industry.

However, this is not the first interaction with Canada for the company. Its OpenBet platform received its certification in Canada, back in 2012, spawning solid partnerships with the Atlantic Lottery Corporation, BCLC, and Loto-Quebec.

NYX CEO, Matt Davey, commented, “Bringing NYX Gaming Group content to market in a growing and highly regulated jurisdiction like British Columbia is evidence of the synergies we are driving through our integration work with OpenBet."

Davey continued, “NYX is committed to strict compliance and strong growth in regulated markets, so we are delighted to announce that we have been granted an unconditional registration in British Columbia."

NYX serves as a top-notch supplier, providing content to worldwide casinos, gaming operators and lotteries.

The GPEB is in charge of all gaming throughout British Columbia, regulating all gaming within the region. Its roles include ensuring compliance with policies which have been established under the B.C.'s Gaming Control Act.

This serves as a major accomplishment for NYX Gaming Group and will surely lead to more success for the company and greater accomplishments in the future.
