Dendera Casino Review

This week I tried out a couple of new casinos and games, and I didn’t really have luck with any of those. So today I figured I should go to a place where I managed to keep $20 for longer than 15 minutes. Browsing through the casino icons on my desktop, I ran into a casino that I really liked because it stood out from the typical casino theme.

This industry sees a lot of Egyptian-themed slots, but not many Egyptian-themed casinos. “Dendera Casino” is a Rival casino whose lobby is something really different, featuring sunset over pyramids with some typical Egyptian symbols. Since the casino was rather generous to me last time, I went for the same games I played back then and I also tried their latest releases: “Opera Night” and “A Day at the Derby.”

I managed to keep my initial $50 throughout the first couple of games, and even increase them a bit, but “Opera Night” was absolutely detrimental for my balance. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed it immensely, with all the composers, singers and famous opera characters on the reels, but it’s extremely stingy when it comes to prizes and it dropped my balance by some $30, despite the numerous features it offers.

When it comes to the other Rival novelty, “A Day at the Derby,” I have to say I’ve seen better from this software house. It’s not only about its low prizes, it’s also about the graphics which are too simple for a software house which prides itself on its graphical solutions. Apart from this, this horseracing slot will certainly have its audience, but I’m afraid I’m not going to be among them, since it deprived me from another $20.

All in all, this hasn’t been a very successful day. But I cannot say it wasn’t an enjoyable one, either, especially with the “Opera House” slot, which I will certainly visit again. In free play mode, of course.
