I didn’t know what came over me but I went through some online gossip magazines. Just as I was getting very annoyed and irritated, I stumbled upon a very interesting article about Studio 54. It was a very captivating story; the club was opened in 1977 for only 33 months, but it made $7 million in first year. In that brief time, it became the most famous nightclub in the world and only those glamorous enough could get in. People would simply be turned away for being “ugly”!? But as it often happens what goes up must come down. On December 1979, the club was raided by the IRS – bags full of money were found stashed throughout the building. So, it’s no wonder why there are slots which are inspired by this iconic night club.

One of those is surely the “Studio 69” at Sin City Casino. It was a very interesting one and I had a lot of fun playing it. My balance went up and down between €10 and €20. There were series of very good wins including quite a few five of a kind ones, but they were followed by numerous empty spins. I was kind of sad that I couldn’t trigger Free Spins because the slot had a very nice payout rate. Of course, playing like that, without any feature, you can’t win. After a while I stopped and I chose to play the “Red Corrida” slot. In this one the bonus game and Free Spins are separated so I thought I had bigger chances to trigger them. And I did manage to get them but I got only €4.32 in 10 Free Spins and €1.50 in the Bonus game. At the end, I succeeded to raise my balance a bit, for €5, so it wasn’t all that bad.

I really liked those slots - they are very funny and even though I didn’t win much I had a blast playing them.
