On the Boardwalk…down by the Sea…Yay!
I haven’t been to Atlantic City since last year so going this July was pretty exciting to return. I was pleasantly surprised to see the Boardwalk went through some improvements with Casino additions, restaurants and overall more exciting things as we strolled up and down.
Atlantic City is a favorite spot for me because nearly every Casino has a big Video Poker section. It is something that in other gambling destinations is dwindling, especially for variety and nickel/dime machines.
I did get hooked on one Slot – Quick Hit powered by Bally Gaming. Walking through the Casino at Harrah’s I stopped cold in front of a Slot machine. Did you ever have one of those feelings that if you play a certain machine it is going to win?
Well I sat down threw in a $20 bill and played the max bet of $1.50 on this penny machine. There are several progressive Jackpots and what determines each one is the number of Quick Hit symbols that appear on the reels.
After just two spins 7 Quick Hits splashed across my screen and I won the $745 Jackpot. I was thrilled to pieces, so much so I forgot to take a darn screen shot to share!
I also played a similar game Hot Shot. Once three bonus symbols are triggered there is two wheels up above that spin. One indicates the number of Free Spins and multiplier, the other a cash amount.
During that Bonus game I won 20 Free Spins with 2x multiplier and a cash amount of $105.00 on the second reel. I ended up winning a grand total of $351.84!
So the big question is how well did I do by the end of my trip? I ended up losing $200 the whole time I was there. Not bad considering meals and other purchases while I was there!

Fun time you had there! I like Land Casinos but I have not gone into one for a few years or so, I was spending too much money and so I stopped. I may go back into them another time, but for now Online Casinos are better for me, I do not spend as much. I do miss the Land Casinos though, they have a thrill there that Online...

Happy for you that you had a great trip Lips. It is always a great outcome when you don't spend all your bankroll on these trips. I too love quick hit. it is a great slot and very exciting to play.
