St. Jo Frontier Casino has embarked on a REBRANDING process, which it has announced will be moving forward in April. This plan of action follows decreased admission numbers from this past January, followed by even lower numbers for February.
To increase numbers again, and bring a sense of newness to the casino name, Missouri officials are scheduled to begin the rebranding process next month. According to Jim Simms, Vice President and General Manager, despite the lower numbers recorded this winter, they are not substandard, and as the spring approaches, its numbers have already seen improvement.
As its new campaign is rolled out, the casino will implement a number of changes, particularly in the area of customer services, targeted at renewing customer interest. For improvement, the casino is looking to collect feedback from its visitors, by launching a program designed so that guests can complete detailed surveys.
Additionally, St. Jo Frontier will unveil a new and improved motto: ‘Where Everybody Knows Your Game.’ Other changes, which are expected to be complete at this year’s halfway point, will include employee uniforms, food offerings, a remodeled bar area with the addition of a dining space, along with the way in which the casino advertises. Players in the area can expect to look up while driving and see billboards with the brand’s name on it.
The gaming floor will also see a few new additions. In fact, new slots and video poker machines have already been added, to complement its already wide selection of games.
