Bonuses:  they have the most generous bonuses I've ever seen, 600%, 700%.  Of course, it comes with a max cash out condition, but it is understandable.  If you look for entertainment, playing time and have a chance to win some big bucks, these bonuses are definitely for you.

Payout Percentage:  I do not know their payout percentage, but I know one thing that I cashed out 4 times just last month alone.  Four small withdrawals of $100 from a free chip, $300, $300 and another pending $250 from deposits.  So, I guess the casino payout percentage must be high.

Time of cash out:  it takes 3-5 business days, not super fast, but fair enough.  They also have Money Gram or Western Union withdrawal option, that's the plus and they just have usemywallet as a withdrawal option and we dont have to pay for the fee by choosing this option.

i will admit i never deposited there until the last six weeks and now it is the only casino i deposit with. Why, it's very simple, the people, i have a personal relationship with Omar and Otto, they always make me feel like they care about me and i trust them to look out for me. For example, I tell them how much money i have and they let me know what bonus would be the best for me at the time. This casino is one of the best when it comes to customer service and customer appreciation. Depositing is definately worth it as there are freebies for depositors quite often as well as frequent freeroll slot tournaments (not to mention the minimum deposit is $10).

BetPhoenix is definately my #1 choice for RTG software. Also we have a dedicated rep who is quick to fix issues and answer questions.

Nicolas, well you all know that he is an awesome rep and he always gets things done. He always helps out when you need him, and he will do everything in your power to make sure you are happy.

I never take a bonus anyways, but I just don't like how they have max cashouts. I do understand though that since they offer such a high bonus % compared to other casinos, they use the max cashout on them so it's not like they are handing out money all day.

I have heard great stories about cashouts, and I hope to experience one one of these days  ;)

Their comp system is a little flawed in my opinion. Thats the only thing I think is wrong with the casino.  I think they should offer the same as other RTG casinos 1 comp point per $10 wagered is way better. $100 in wagering for 1 comp point is a bit ridiculous. You have to have wagered $10000 for just $1 in comp points

I think it is good news in the RTG casino, bonuses are very high, even though the max cash out often set to 15X greatly reduces the possibility of big wins. My first experience of withdrawal has not been easy, I had several problems but finally everything was settled. During this time keep playing, I hope that the improvements are continuing and may soon reach the level of other casinos like the Titan, which for me now is the best RTG with another that has the name of Casino Extreme.

I just want to add one thing,

the payout time was put back to 5-7 business days and during this time period, player can not deposit unless the pending withdrawal either cancelled or completely processed.  I deposit and play more often, and I don't like this one, usually I deposit some where else in this period.  So, I hope payout will be faster in the near future, so other players and I can avoid this rule.

There's a jury still behind closed doors in my head about BetPhoenix.  I think at this point they are still hung 50/50.
Depositing was very easy, and $10 is extremely reasonable.
Help and support was quick on site and seemed good, but half the time they gave me bad information.
Contacting my casino rep was easy, and usually productive, but then was frustrating but probably my case was confusing at least AND weekends can't always be the best time to make contact.  It was just my luck.
Free chips are very nice, but the terms are not always clear.
I saw other forum members have great experiences and horrible ones, so BP may need to work on more consistentency and clearer descriptions of conditions.
There are casinos that have been much worse and casinos that have been much better, in comparison.  Yep, a hung jury, so they are going to have to get a retrial and I hope the defense presents a much more clear and consistent case, because I really thought BetPhoenix was going to be way up there on my very short list of places to play.

I LOVE Bet Phoenix I play almost daily at iNetBet (ask them lol) and LuckyRed. I have to say that you get far more playtime at Bet Phoenix and a BIG difference in other RTG's you can deposit as little as $10 at Bet Phoenix. Also their Rep Nicholas really does care and responds to all players questions/concerns. It might take a little bit to get to you, but he does answer and try to take care of everyone. He has a stellar reputation and in the online casino world that says alot. Their Customer Service is Top notch and just today when my deposit did not work at iNetbet, the CS guys at Bet Phoenix made it happen.

Good news: Generous with promotions and free chips, service readily available, relatively timely payoyuts (not a day or two but not months)
Bad news: can only request a withdraw once in a 7 day period (so why deposit again if I have to sit and wait to take it out?). It's already a wait period of about 7 days to get your money, so I could be looking at TWO weeks for a withdraw since I have to wait 7 days AFTER a withdraw goes thru to request a new one) then it has the waiting period
You also can't dep with a bonus if one is in a processing stage.
If you make a CC error you have to wait 12 hours to try again, grr

So, good for generosity. Really bad for withdrawing if you like to dep more than once

I am not experienced at other RTG's. Betphoenix is the only one I deposit at. The chat has always been prompt and helpful. Their rep, Nic, is great to have around.  I have not withdrawn from there yet, but I hope to soon and will continue to play there. It has been easy to deposit at and fun to play.

I made my first deposit there yesterday with a very good bonus.  Unfortunately I had very little play time but still had a lot of fun.  Once I played out my deposit and bonus I tried to claim a free chip.  It showed as redeemed but wasn't showing anything in my balance.  I went to live support ans spoke to Omar (I think) and he was very helpful and removed the coupon and gave me a free $10 chip.  I will definitely be depositing here again.

Let me tell you something TAAA...I just got off live chat with Omar and Dean and I am >:( I will NEVER refer another person there..and for what it's worth, I will probably never deposit there again, unless something changes with their attitudes. I know people are busy, but EVERY player is just as important as any other player..and they need to remember that.

I like the casino and I REALLY Nicolas, but I will not be treated like crap..and then smile about it.

There are lots of casinos out there, and if they want to run off players, that is their loss.

We are too busy for you..leave us alone.. I mean that is what they should have said, that's the way they made me feel.

What makes me so upset, it's not that they were busy, I can understand that, but don't treat me like crap because you are busy...I am just as important as the next guy...

Omar is on Nicolas' chit list, and on the top of mine.  I think there was a Sam that was nice, but that coulda been somewhere else.  Omar sounds nice, but doesn't know his job as well as he should.

Ok well, I went back to live chat, and I have to honestly say maybe it was all a misunderstanding..I sure hope it was at least. They were really nice and helpful today, so I guess I love them again..I just hope things stay this way over there, I would really hate it if it didn't.

There's only one thing I dislike about BP, when I click on Tournaments, it takes an awful long time to load as opposed to other RTG's which load extremely fast. you know what nichalos, i'm quite surprised because I had just gotten done reading the terms of tournament payouts...and...i have got to say that Bet Phoenix shouldn't be so stingy with the tournament money....

Look, what i'm trying to say is BP states that only players who have never claimed a free chip will be able to withdraw their tourney winnings with a wagering requirement before they withdraw.  Here's the catch, if you've claimed a free chip before, then you must deposit in order to be credited their winnings from a tourney including freeroll tourney.  If not, then the non=depositors will not be able to receive any kind of winnngs from the tourneys despite any place they should take in the tourney... I think this is pretty messed up, there's really no point to saying that there are freerolls when in fact, only depositors  get paid. 

I played BP for the second time this week. The first time was with a free chip. It took months to go back as the first time I played my balance dropped like a rock. This time did not even come close to playthrough.

well, i got the $27 free chip, made it thru the playthru took out 250 and redeposited and got it up to $500 and made my first withdrawl today. and found out something i have never ever seen with any other RTg casino. I can make an other deposit and don't have to reverse my withdrawl to do it so they have won me over hook line and sinker!

i would like to say that they have something very very wrong with their
"calculator". i played the lcb3500 and did very very well. hit the jackpot on santa's revenge. at several times before that had my balance up in the thousands then up over twenty thousand, played back down to around 8000 when i inquired about my playthrough. i was told that i had only wagered just over 1600. i complained and explained everything about the winning and my balance and asked if they could ck again. he came back and told me that he would have his manager get a hold of me later that night. no one ever did. i sent an email complaining and no one ever got back to me. i couldnt believe how i was completely blown off and after having such a good experience with winning and all..i was so happy i was actually gonna win something...i know my playthrough was over $40,000 and the requirements were something like 54,000. i still have not heard a word from them, while waiting i managed to lose every penny never hitting one single good thing again, 8,000 zoom gone. makes a person wonder if there is some sort of switch they throw just before u are actually gonna win. i am absolutely beside myself at the lack of concern or correspondence with me regarding the matter and even more flabbergasted that they could actually say i had only wagered 1600.
