      The money wasn't there so I contacted Live Support.  They told me to email newplayer@casino.com to claim the bonus.  I'll let you know what happens

      I got the exact same email this morning.  The weird thing is that casino.com wasn't in the 'FROM' line, it was from Mansion Poker Member Services.  Can't wait to see what you find out Zuga.
