          hi jack, i hope you can help me in regards to my query with cyber club casino.
          I recently registered with the casino thru the LCB link and fortunately for me had a win for my first time playing at cyber club. anyway i withdrew my winnings and have tried contacting the support people at cyber club in regards to the process of my winnings. but unfortunately have not been able to get thru and no one from cyber club has returned any of my messages back. i have called so many times thru the number the casino has on their website but still to no avail. I just want to be reassured that Cyber Club is not a scam casino because i have never experienced this problem before. Im registered with a lot of casinos especially Microgaming associated casinos and this is the first time I have experienced not being able to get in contact with a support chat personnel or anyone working at cyber club casino.

          Hi  Jack,  I hope you can help me.  I made a withdrawal of $100 closed on Feb 24.  To date I have not received the money.  I have contacted Customer service by email. inquired, after 9 business days and was told( on Mar 7) they will look into it.  Here is the info from my acct page at Cyber  Club:

          Jack  See my previous post of Mar 11,  I have sent multiple emails plus one, now two. to you.  Where is my money?????  Also, this money is NOT from a bonus but direct winnings from a cash deposit I made.

          I see as fast as the rep was available, they have disappeared.  Maybe a forum rep can re-ignite a fire for them to show up more often?

          Well Jack,  It is two weeks since you assured me that my withdrawal was now sorted out and should bpe in my acct and six weeks since my original withdraw and no money yet!!!!!

          If this is an honest mix-up, I have two suggestions:
          1.  Check to see if the exact correct number of my Visa card has been used to repay to my card. 
          2.  Pay me directly through my Paypal acct.  Just transfer money to paypal using my email address as payee.  I will have the money in MINUTES.  i see no reason to use a wallet acct which will cost ME money to get paid.

          Angry and frustrated.  What  do you say or rather what will you DO???

          Just to add , this casino is now placed on our warning list due to no response from  Rep and slow and delayed payments.

          We advise players not to deposit at this casino until there is a positive movement in terms of cash-outs and dealings with player issues.

          Hi there. I have an account here with username viomarcyber and i have it suspended for a long time. I have sent to them all documents everything they want and no answer from this casino. This was since they appear for the first time on LCB ... i have speaked with them at that time and they told me that i will receive an email about that...no answer nothing ..and still the account it's suspended. Do you have any news regarding this casino ? Or should i put them on the blacklist ? . Thank you.
