Hi Shirls,

I can't add a ND for you unfortunately your account is not bonus eligible. It appears that you have linked accounts at the casino (meaning that you or someone has signed up more than one account from the same house).

You could maybe contact casino support though and explain the situation. If you have a legitimate reason I'm sure they'll help you out and re allow bonuses at your account.

Even if your account is re allowed bonuses though, I won't be able to add a free chip to your account unless you are an active depositor as well.

First of all, thanks re the Avatar someone created it for me and I was pretty happy when I saw it too lol.

OK so I checked your accounts. You're right, you had no promos at all! The only explanation I could come up with for this is that you had never deposited at P8 or CC but had claimed more than 1 ND bonus at both. A lot of the time if a player signs up and claims more than 1 ND but never deposits the system assumes they're just there to claim freebies but don't ever intend on depositing so it cuts off bonuses to them. This doesn't mean that they're bonus ineligible, just that they won't be offered any more.

I went in and manually added 2 nice deposit matches to the accounts. As soon as you make your first deposit at each you should get promotions as usual at both.

As far as TIV is concerned, I can't explain why you had no promos (since you have deposited there once). I'm looking into this for you but in the mean time I added a nice match for you there too!

Now I know what is the difference.  With every deposit with this group my bonus spins net maybe less than $10.  It was that way last time....no matter what I bet.

That's strange. We have exactly the same machines as every other Rival so I don't know why it would be any different. There's no way to change how the machines or bonus rounds work from casino to casino so I have to assume it's just variance and chance. I think if you play at one of our group of casinos till you hit a bonus spin, then to a different group and play the same game till you get freespins there then back again etc 100 times and kept track of all of the #'s you would probably see that it's all the same.

Even so, I'll mention it to casino management. I'll always be on the side of the affiliate if I can ...I'm basically your spokesperson to the casino ...but I honestly think that in this case it's just variance. In order to have testable results you'd have to take the accumulation of many, many, many freespins. It's definitely easy to mistake though!
