done that but there was no bonus in the cashier.
so i asked the live chat and thay said it's not the offer of the casino, just of LCB.

Same thing with me.  I clicked on the sign up link above.  I downloaded the casino and there was $543 for 15 minutes.  I wanted the above $210 offer and I noticed we were supposed to the the 3001% bonus if we wanted it which was also a LCB exclusive.  Live help was closed but I did leave a message.  I did not claim any offer.  I wanted the other offer if possible.

No luck, either. Here's a copy of the chat I had with support. I also got the webpage when I entered through this link that advertised the 210ND for LCB members.

very very weird... even though some members have got the bonus their support staff deny even knowing about a free chip

I got the $210 bonus. It was there when I first opened the cashier. The $543 bonus didn't show up though.

This is the message I received from support when inquiring about my $210 bonus.  I know I clicked on the required link.  I know most of us know by now to be sure to pay attention to the requirements to get free bonuses.    If you go to page one of this post you will see my other comments regarding this.
