They DID NOT HAVE CHAT ON when I submitted a survey on chat 2 times.  BTY this happened to ALOT of Members not only me, there was no reason for me to believe that LIVE CHAT was working, until K, said she spoke to live chat.  Then when I went on Elle (same person our member K - spoke to came on) I asked her why LIVE CHAT was not on for me 2 times and she said it was an ADDED BONUS. first of all...just because anyone has a live chat, be it casino, bank or other...does not mean that someone is there 24 hours a day.  Sometimes when they cannot be there, they put up something for you to write in a message..this is commonplace in many businesses, not just casinos.

Quicktender does this, as does a couple of other casinos that I go to.  I does not make a casino a bad casino.

I am encouraged by what I have read so far. I could not find anything about a max cashout amount. I have seen $50 and I have also read no max. I am trying to cash out $300.00 via check in the US.
