Hi, I just got sucked in to signing up at this dump, Sammy knew for sure I couldn't get any ND bonus. Then when I asked Albert how he had that banned info- he just wouldn't answer me. I think your "tone" is unacceptable.  Zuga works exceptionally hard getting exclusives for this site.  Saying he will "have to do better" makes you sound like a teacher!  I am postiive Zuga would have done everything in his power to ensure that this bonus was available for everyone and would have posted had he known it was not available to UK.

May I suggest that rather than being destructive with your feedback, you take on a more constructive attitude.  This forum is for everyone from all over the world and if something is not available because of where you are based....then its nice to find out that it may not be available to a specific country.  You could have just said - not available to UK and shown your chat to the Fortune Reel site instead of slagging off Admin who work long hours getting bonuses for everyone.  You don't hear people from USA moaning too much - think yourself lucky you are from the UK and you can gamble and collect your winnings and spare a thought for your fellow gamblers in the USA who can't even sign up to loads of casinos.

The point was LOOKAWAY, that there was no need to be so rude and rather than slag everyone off, give feedback to everybody else in the UK.  I tried it after your post and I didnt get it either but I aint complaining or throwing my toys out of the pram.  It wasn't being nasty as you call it, it was just telling it like it is.  You obviously don't know the site very well, or you wouldn't have responded as you did.
