genevahl, please read the rest of the thread... The offer is exclusive and the casino is trying to make it automatic whithin 24 hours of registration. I too talked to support at the casino and was told it was 'expired"  but had it cleared up here by the casino rep a bit over 36 hours later.

I actually played for a little over 3 hours on the 10 dollars, made the playthrough with about 25 left.

I registered an account and after 24 hours had not received my bonus.. I emailed danny@planet23.com and in no time got a response saying my bonus was in my account.. Thanks Danny and LCB..
