      I was wondering if Tom is still around, as a representative for Tradition Casino (the Rival Platform).

      I was looking to make a withdrawal, and the customer support person I spoke to could not give me any concrete information about fees, processing time, etc. and was hoping a rep for them was still on this board.

      Unfortunately no they are not around. This group of casinos is placed on our warning list for the reason of slow or no payments and poor customer support.

      All our previous attempts to resolve player complaints failed due to no response from their management.

      Please see my comment in the review section for this casino before you make a deposit there. I urge any one considering making a deposit there to reconsider their decision. It is a very bad idea!
      I am referring to Vegas Days Casino. There is a reason why they  are not recommended by our wise friends here at the forum. They know exactly of what they speak. Rude, crude, and socially unacceptable behavior from the support staff at Vegas Days, I spoke with David, who claims to be the manager. No wonder they have earned such a well deserved bad reputation, if this jerk is the manager they are in even worse shape than at first suspected.

      I don't imagine anyone from Rockbet Casino group will reply but here goes....I have been trying to get support from Fiz Casino for days.  I've emailed, called and waited on hold for over 40 minutes twice and couldn't leave a message because the VM box was full.  Tired live chat and NO RESPONSE!  This is so frustrating!
