i bealive i´ve been quit patient with my withdrawel.
I requested my first withdrawel the 3/9 and it took until the 10/10 to be approved. I contacted the Live chat last week and was told that there was a problem sending a check so I provided my NETeller account. (I contacted them and not vise versa. There should have been a mail sent to me requesting the information but it wasn´t)
I just talked to Live chat/ withdrawel dep and was told that I wasn´t on the "batch" list for this week either and that i would have to check back next week!!
This is wath they told me:
"Unfortunately there are no notes as of yet stating your withdrawal being sent,please contact me next week to see if it will be sent on the next payout batch".

well to be honest im surprised to be making this post
im one of these players that plays on microgaming day in day out and if i win the funds are in my account within 48 hours (how it should be imo)
But as ive said before if your not relying on your winnings and can wait 3 weeks
then personally i cant come on here and slate the Virtual group for making me
wait excessive lengths of time on my withdrawals.

Well its friday and its been over 1 month now that i haven't received my withdraw from prism.I supposed to deal with Kyle but he must be on vacation becouse ive sent 3 emails asking about it.It was approved but no-one can tell me when its going to be sent.This will be the longest one i have waited on.Mybe it will get here before the turkey does.Who knows!

Hi Ingrid. How long does it take to receive a withdrawal by bank check to the US.
I recently won a $250 random jackpot with a free chip at Cirrus Casino. I sent in all my documents and got a message saying they had been received. My withdrawal was approved on Oct 20th.
I was told that it would take 10 business days from the approval date to get the money via bank check. To date, I havent received it.
I've never made a withdrawal before and I'm not sure how a bank check is received. Is it a check mailed to my home address? When can I expect to receive it?

I reviewed your account and there is not specific reason why free bonuses in general would not work for you. Some of the codes you've entered since the beginning of the year were invalid (they didn't exist), others were for new players only (the idea of that free chip is for the player to get to know the casino) and other have indeed worked.
However, you are a valued player and have more advantages than a new one. You can use deposit bonuses when you make your deposits (you can see them in the monthly promotions section of our website), we usually have bonuses for different games, with max cashout or without max cashout, etc, between 100% and up to 500%, sometimes even more.
Also, between your deposits, if you'd like a free chip please contact CS by chat or phone and they'll be happy to find one that's valid for you.

If this is the case, why did live support inform me i could withdraw $100 after i specifically asked them how much i was able to withdraw (the cashier in the casino was showing i had over $300 available to withdraw!!)?

Regretfully the customer service representative made a mistake. In some of our casinos, the maximum withdrawal of a cashback chip is the amount of the chip, in this case $100. In the case of Palace of Chance, as you can see in the website, it is the amount of the deposit.
I'm unable to give you an exact date, but it will most likely be sent at the end of this week or the beginning of next week at the latest.

I've explained why several times in other threads so I'm not going to get into a long explanation. Basically there are two main factors that influence how long it takes:
1. We offer a LOT of bonuses and free chips and this attracts a lot of people that request one chip after the next or open multiple accounts and expect to receive a withdrawal when they have winnings, as well as fraudulent players in general with many different systems with which they attempt to scam the casino. Hundreds of withdrawal requests per day from these type of players have a negative result on legitimate players that unfortunately have to send us paperwork and then wait until we're able to verify their withdrawals as valid.
2. The other main factor is that sending funds to some specific countries is complicated (most casinos simply don't), so our processors have to take measures that unfortunately delay the process.

Can someone tell me the direct casino support for Palace of Chance? I am getting the runaround waiting for a rather large withdrawal. Keep being put out another week, then another week, then another week.
I noticed Ingrid said not to make any more deposits after you withdraw. I did, but I contacted live chat first to see if it would be a problem and they said no (I have proof of that.)
Is it the deposit hanging this up? I like this casino, but if I cannot ever expect to withdrawal winnings, what is the point? They have made, and will continue to make plenty off me. Hi Ingrid, I made a withdrawal from Palace of Chance on October 4th for the amount of $1000.. I was told it would take 10-15 business days from the 5th to be approved, it was approve on Ocotber 16th and I was told it would take 10-15 more business days to receive the money via bank wire to my bank..I contacted them via live chat several times and I keep getting excuse after excuse..It has been over 17 business days and I was told on Friday via live chat that they needed a few more days.. "Eric: we do have a tech issue with our processor that is why it taking a while
"..the same excuse I see many other users saying they are having problems with as well...Also on the site there is nothing about withdrawal fee's for cashing the money out, why is this? Questions:
If there is a problem with getting funds into the US due to legislation, why doesn't this group of casinos tell people before they deposit that it will take up to a month or more and there is a chance they won't get their withdrawal money at all because it could be confiscated by the government?
Why does this group of casinos send out e-mail advertisements with the subject line "quick and easy payouts"?
Why can other casinos approve and process withdrawals so quickly?
If it's a matter of deposit and withdrawal methods, can't that be remedied by incorporating ewalletxpress and other methods?
These are tough questions, but need to be answered if anyone is going to feel comfortable making deposits at these casinos. I tend to give the benefit of the doubt but with all the problems happening I can't help but be suspicious.
Logically I have to wonder - Is it more an issue of not having enough employees to handle the work load? Or maybe it's an issue of wanting to hold the funds long enough that people will get impatient and just decide to redeposit the funds?
