  • thanks Zuga and LCB for this section and those links. Pertty useful indeed, especially having in mind so many casinos offering this currency now.

  • I am a bitcoin fan when it comes to casino currency. If you can find the right casino, everything about it can be totally anonymous and super fast.

Be careful though when signing up. Sites like Ignition , slots.lv, bovada, etc. require name and address and birthday, then when you go to withdraw, they'll want your SSN and mothers maiden name. With all that info your identity is stolen in a flash.

  • Just updated the original post with new useful link ( "To those who are finally considering Bit Coin" ) . A big shout-out to cheetahwind for writing this piece.

  • Hi , i want to take the plunge with bitcoins , where should i set up a account to buy some bitcoins cause i have seen different names. I have read about bitcoins but i need a step buy step to how to do it please.  thank you very much .

  • Hi Shirlsplay,

I would suggest "Circle.com"  .  You can buy Bitcoin with a credit card or debit from checking.  I don't thinkthey accept prepaid debits.   Anyways,  it's very simple to set up an account.   Just go the website and it's almostself-explanatory. There is customer service that is very helpful if you need it.  They have  a  verification process where they call your cell with a code for transactions.  (Just a security measure) You put the code in (on the website)  and proceed.   It's really quite easy.   There are probably Youtube videos on this that might also be useful.   Once the money is in your account,     you can transfer it to wherever.  using the long addresses they assign.   When you do this a few times I think you'll  appreciate how fast and easy this system  is.    I hope this helps.

  •     I almost forgot,

I would suggest  looking at various  wallets  to store Bitcoin.   I like to use Circle  to "get"  Bitcoins but prefer to store them  in another wallet.  There are several wallets that you can review  online with vaying degrees of security.   Also,  the cool thing about Circle is, you can  move money back into it and transfer it directly back to your credit card or bank account.  For cc,  about a day,  checking accts.  about 2 days.

  • Thank you so very much bongo , am going to take the plunge and try bitcoins.  thanks again.  :)

  • this is a GREAT addition to the site. I need to express my gratitude and thank you to LCB and everyone else who contributed to this section inlcuding cheetahwind and bongo. Props guys and girls! heart

  • I just started using bitcoin myself. I buy bitcoin using my checking account thru Coinbase. It takes a little longer than using a debit/credit card but if I understand it correctly the fees are lower that way. Then I transfer bitcoin to my wallet at Blockchain before depositing at an online casino.

I made two deposits at Slotastic! and one at Slotocash and each time the money was there immediately. The only problem I had was on my first deposit I did not account for the conversion difference when making a minimum amount deposit and my bonus did not get triggered automatically. I got it soon worked out though when I contacted support thru Live Chat and explained the mistake was caused by my first time using bitcoin. They credited my account with the bonus and just suggested I add a little more next time to cover the additional fees and conversion rate differences.

I didn't do too good at Slotocash but did much better at Slotastic! and even though I made my deposit using bitcoin there was a message on the Withdraw screen saying I had to send in their Credit Card Authorization Agreement before I could make a withdrawal. I contacted Live Support to clarify and they advised I only had to send in a copy of my drivers license and a recent utility bill to verify my identity not my credit card.

After I emailed these documents I received an email the next day advising my documents had been received and approved. I then submitted my withdrawal request and expected an immediate response just like I got on my deposit but it didn't happen. That's been about 7 hours ago now so I'm guessing it might be a day or two at least if I'm lucky before anything happens. But if it happens then that'll be much better than having to wait weeks or months like some have to. I'll update later when the withdrawal is finally completed.

    Checkout casinoextreme

    It's RTG

Deposits take  30 seconds, withdraws take 1-5 minutes (you just have to contact support in live chat after you request it in cashier)

  • I'm still waiting on mine from Slotastic which is still showing as "Under Review". Just got thru with Live Chat who were no help. They advised it took 2 days to review and approve a withdrawal request then 2 more days to transfer the requested funds. When I asked why there was such a delay beings the withdrawal was in bitcoin instead of answering my question the operator got snippy with me and just repeated what she had already told me like I was a child who had to be told twice.

I think Casino Extreme was the one I was reading about that had the fastest bitcoin withdrawal payout times. I guess I just assumed all casinos accepting bitcoins would be about the same. Trial and error can be a difficult teacher sometimes. I think Slotastic is one of those casinos that hopes by delaying you'll lose your remaining balance waiting on your withdrawal to get approved then cancel your request just so you can play some more. They were at least partially correct. I did get tired of waiting and I did lose the rest of what I had won in my account but I'm not about to reverse my withdrawal again. Nope, not again.

Needless to say when I do get my money from Slotastic I'll be looking for somewhere's else to play. Maybe I'll try Casino Extreme next time and hopefully I'll get lucky enough to check out their withdrawal procedures also.

  • Finally got an email from Slotastic advising my withdrawal has been authorized and that another email will be sent when my payout has been sent. Things are looking up.

  • Don't let the experience turn you off from bitcoin tinman.

It sounds like slotastic support hasn't been trained properly on how bitcoin works, or what it is.  They are def using a third party to process their bitcoin transactions (which defeats the whole purpose lol) if they're telling you to expect it days after approval.  You'll receive your bitcoin within seconds of them sending it, and it should receive first confirmation within 10-20 min of that.

Things will get better as more people begin to understand it.

  • Bitcoin was finally in my wallet when I got up this morning. Only took 3 days. Got some tournament winnings coming soon hopefully. We'll see how they do the next time.

  • I just want to say from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU LCB!!! I won like $35 lcb credits and i just redeemed $25 of it for bitcoin.... Follow this link https://lcb.org/banking/bitcoin

  • bitcoin is a really nice currency to play with on slots, and the withdrawals is made really fast. personally i like to play at bitstarz, and oshi.

  • This is great!  Thank you!  I've just started with Bitcoin, and I am really impressed with the ease and speed.  They say you never go back, and I see why.

  • Thank you Zuga for starting this topic. I know very little about bitcoin but this ia very interesting for me. Thank you all members of this forum who write here about bitcoins!

  • After more than 10 years of using Neteller/Skrill, I'm finally considering taking the plunge into bitcoin - but the cryptocurrency world seems a bit daunting to me, even after doing some research.

  • I know what you mean.

I have done a bit of reading about it and am more confused than when I started.

It all seems so technical and parts of the process which should be straightforward seem quite complicated to me.

    But...

I got a small payout--roughly the equivalent--of 400 DKK from a bitcoin casino, after making paythrough on a tiny no deposit bonus; and it came through astoundingly fast.

    Lightning fast withdrawal...simply amazing.

  • im still confused on why other people are trying to sell their Bitcoins online , isnt there a place like a bank where you can sell your Bitcoins quickly because im thinking that if buying Bitcoins and wanted to sell again it seems like im going to have a problem selling?

  • Casino Extreme literally had my bitcoin payout in less than 5 mins. but it is their only withdraw option.

  • mandyjoi wrote:

yes they are super fast.  BTC is becoming a really good payment option for the US folks.

  • I m starting with crypto currencies can you please tell me wich wallet i should use? less commissions for withdraw and good rate exchange... I have no idea what to choose as wallet. I saw that many poeple are talking about JAXX. Do you advice me to use it? And wich one to choose to witdhraw in Litecoin from LCB shop?

  • You can use BitGo as a wallet only ( u cant use it to purchase/sell coins ).

    for exchanges u can use https://www.coinbase.com, https://www.bitfinex.com , https://www.bitstamp.net/

  • Great time for me to discover this little gem.recently joined bitcoin.com so i can now use a bitcoin wallet...yay.

  • Thanks for the post , i am still figuring out how to use bitcoin wallets , and how to use in casino purchases and investments. But maybe the Bitcoin investments is already very explored this days. So i dont think that the bitcoins will increase to much on the future.

  • The bitcoin falls quickly. Do not understand the jumps are very significant. It is necessary to choose the time when the course will be large, and translate.

  • I don’t know anything about bitcoin but I feel that the currency is a bit too volatile for me to invest my money in let alone gamble with. It’s like I would already be gambling if invested in it so I don’t really see the point. On top of that aren’t the transaction fees really high too?

  • Very good advice indeed.fairly sure my identities been stolen more times than i would want to know about...even before internet and cellphones lol wouldnt surprise me at all.

  • Public key in the PEM format. This key must belong to the secp256k1 curve.  This is what is required for me to fund this wallet with crypto capital but I have searched the net, YouTube and the sites of crypto capital and coinapult and can't figure out how to get this key.  Cab anyone help?

  • I really like Bitstarz casino. Payouts are EXTREMELY fast! Also if your a depositor there they give you alot of no deposit bonuses such as free spins & mbits in your account :)

  • Hi,

I don't know where to post about a bitcoin deposit made at Treasure Mile that wasn't credited to my account?  I contacted chat and they want the crypto code.  I'm new to using bitcoin and I don't know if that is a wise action in a chat session.  I do have proof from coinbase regarding the deposit.

    Help!

    Thanks,

    Pokergranni

  • Hi,

I was hoping someone might have an answer to my question above.  I'm sitting in limbo not knowing what to do.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks!

  • There wanting the transaction ID that was sent from your wallet and the wallet address you probably sent your deposit to.  If your using coinbase it should all be available in your wallet history.

  • Cheetahwind,

OMG!  THANK-YOU!  You are absolutely TOP SHELF!

I sent you a message before reading this!  Sorry!

    I can't say this to you enough.....THANK-YOU!!   THANK-YOU!!   THANK-YOU!!

  • I agree it is definitely better to stick with the simple crypto casinos that don't want your whole life history. I was just reading today about how a online server was found hosted by a group of online casinos was left completely unprotected with over 100 million Bets players placed forfthe NFL playpff lgames with there account information and parent details that any siilled person or hacked would be able to get.

  • I'm still confused on how to deposit bitcoin into my casino account at Extreme. I just made my first bitcoin purchase at coinbase & it looks like they put it in a BTC wallet. Now I have no idea what to do next. Can anyone walk me through the the process?
