  • Hi Guys! Do we have a Bovada rep here by chance?

I am an avid sportsbook player but love to spin as well so I took Bovada up on their 100% offer.  I have used it several times now and made playthrough on the first one (which I blew in the sportsbook afterwards) and I also cleared one yesterday for a good amount.

When I went to cashout a chunk of my winnings, I noticed my only withdrawal option was the pay to card method to my Visa. Unfortunately I use a prepaid card online that wont accept that kind of withdrawal, I also confirmed that through Bovada support.  They recommended I make a deposit with an actual bank issued visa but my bank card is a MasterCard so that doesn't help either.

I have asked several times if they would add any other option whether it be check, wire, anything and they keep telling me what I have is the only option available to me.  They did say I could deposit via MG but I would need to wait 30 days to cash out with it and that the maximum I can cash out is $300/mo.  Wth?

Bovada has been trending up for a while and even has an A rating as a book now.  I don't understand why they seem to be using this as a stall tactic.  I know for a fact that Rapid Transfer (MG) was available as a withdrawal option to me last week, meaning I think it was removed when I cleared playthrough.

I know they take heavy action on sports and my balance of around a grand is a drop in the bucket for them.

Anyone have any other suggestions for me? Tried calling, emailing multiple people, same results.. It looks like that balance may just sit there indefinitely.

  • We do have their Rep in direct support board section :  https://lcb.org/onlinecasinobonusforum/direct-casino-support/bovada-lv-slots-lv-bodog-eu/

  • Hello Chris2912,

The casino rep will be notified regarding the bank fees. We hope they are going to work this out and find some solution to your problem.

A small tip, as a future reference: you can always use bitcoins, there are no fees when you use them. Here's the page where you can find more about that, so have a look at the page, maybe it will help to avoid such difficulties: https://lcb.org/banking/Bitcoin-casinos.html

    We'll keep you posted.

    Best regards.
