      Hi all,
      Today I made small (thanks to God!) Skrill deposit of $10 to reputable casino where I played for long time and have had no problem before. I deposited in casino's cashier and got e-mail confirmation from Skrill that money successfully transferred.

      But no money in my casino account for 30 minutes, for an hour...

      I contacted casino's Live Support and they said that transaction was declined (although my Skrill statement shows processed transfer) and it's a problem of Skrill, not their .

      Does someone faced same problem before? I'm interesting on which side was this issue?

      I sent email to both Skrill and casino support, but no responce in 6 hours

      Pretty hard to answer if you don't even tell us that casino's name.. I can't make deposits at Casumo with skrill recently for example.

      No probs, it's Eurogrand casino, part of William Hill Group. They do accept Skrill, but I have no idea why my transaction was declined if they got my money?

      I had problem with Vera&John casino when I used Skrill for deposit.
      First time it was as in your case shown in Skrill account overview as processed but in my casino account it was shown as pending and it stayed that way almost 12 hours and then was finally accepted and deposited into my casino acc.
      Second time I had almost same case except this time it took 30 mins to hit my casino account.
      both times I used Skrill 1 tap.

      That's good your issue was solved, Tod00RS, I hope mine problem will be resolved too. I used plain Skrill deposit option and after i submitted deposit, casino cashier did not give any message and my deposit wasn't shown in transaction history for 30 minutes, after that it appeared as declined, and then cashier did not worked at all, giving "Internal error" message for around another 30 minutes. I suppose they had tech issue, but support rejected this idea and said that it's Skrill issue, although Skrill sent my money to them.

      yes it happened to me also few times at different casinos, money is always returned to the skrill after 24h, this is skrill issue!

      Oh, thank you, Sanchya! I hope it's a Skrill problem, as I doesn't want to cancell my playing in Eurogrand due to this nasty problem.

      maybe u will get it faster if casino will contact skrill, drvegas did for me it and they resolved all issues very quick. But u can be sure, that u will get ur money

      I got reply from Eurogrand yesterday, they suggested to contact Skrill, as it's their issue, I sent second email to Skrill with Eurogrand reference, but Skrill keeps silence for 2 days, no news from them

      Your Moneybookers deposit request for the total amount of $10.00 has been approved and your EuroGrand Casino account has been credited with this amount.

      So it was tech issue of Eurogrand. I'm glad it was solved, so I'll count it rare exception as I did not have any deposit/withdrawal problems here.

      And more... I got 50 free spins from them

      im glad u got ur money, yes looks like this was casino issue, because as i said-skrill refund money right after 24h! btw-if it is usrgent then better call to the skrill, because sometimes they answer after 14days!

      I dont know why you guys have encounter this issues with skrill.Here is my first problem with them:
      When I created my account I entered by mistake the wrong date of birth,I noticed that only after I tried to withdraw some money in my bank account.I notified them by e-mail and the reply arrived in about 12 hours.They were quite polite and my problem was solved quickly.I guess maybe you need to have activity in your account more often to get priority.I just assume that,I'm not sure.

      actually i use skrill daily, and also skrill card, my activity there is more than in my own bank account, as i know there is no such a priority, sometimes they asnwer quick sometimes OVER 3 weeks(i knoiw whta i say)!
      u was simple lucky that u got quick response!
      but anyway skrill is the best of the best

      I also often use Skrill, and I like it more than others e-wallets, a it gives max flexibility with Net payments. I have contacted them before with some matters and they responded during 24 hours.

      I agree it's better to call them if it's urgent. After they changed name Mooneybookers to Skrill support is very poor. I was using Moneybookers for 90 % of my transaction, now (about a year) I'm on 50-50 with Neteller.

      I hope that Neteller will buy Skrill soon.
