  • So it would seem as if I have been waiting since July 17th for two different refunds that I was promised.
Essentially for a while, a few casinos were having issues with a processor giving them a decline.  Then magically, they would still take the money off my card and keep it.  It would never fall back into my account as promised, and the money still hasn't shown back up.
Now the casino in question, is having lots of processing issues period.  There directing me to go thru an eWallet, and barely responding to my question about if we have any update to the refund.  While I don't mind depositing thru an eWallet, the fees to deposit thru this eWallet are out of this world.  So I'm not very happy that I'm not even being compensated in even a small way for being forced to pay the wallets fee.  While they can't take my card directly right now.
I'm really not bombarding the rep other than once a week.  All I'm asking for is an update.  The last update I got wasn't even regarding the refund, as much they were more concerned with the fact they couldn't process credit cards right now.
While I realize this is devastating for a casino, not to have there processor working.  It still shouldn't deter them from at least giving me an update as to whether I should expect to see my refund this week, or if the processor is still going thru it's "long and complicated" verification process.
I mean common, they took the money in less than a week off my card to keep.  Now there telling me, there not in the mood on giving just as an instant refund.  Seems a bit unfair doesn't it?

  • I would definitely be wary of any transactions or promises or lies until your money comes back home.  Seems they are giving out global generic info and aren't prepared to get into a single player and their issues.  Maybe they are having a problem getting your money out of the processor, and are working on that on a big scale.  I hope you get your money back.

I had an instance where I was trying to deposit, but never got to the verification stage (mastercard's special code so my bank knows it's me and all good).  The page seemed hung up.  So I quit and started over.  Lo and Behold!  Both transactions went through but NEITHER went through verification.  I was not a happy camper but luckily had funds to cover my double deposit.

  • That's definitely unfair and seems a little odd to have a processor out of commission for such a long time. That's a tough situation because generally you could dispute credit card charges but under the circumstances you don't want to open a can of worms. You're a US player right?

Well if you get nowhere with this, we can always try and contact the casino on your behalf if it's one we're affiliated with.

  • what casino is this?

  • Well the processor has been out Since Tuesday of last week.  It just concerns me, not only has there processor gone poof.  Yet now there making me as US Player go thru MyPaylinQ to deposit.  Which I absolutely hate because it's bad enough I have to pay $2.95 to deposit, plus a 3% foreign transaction fee, and then there fee to boot.  A lot of money out of pocket just to loose.

  • So I finally got my refund issue resolved.  They offered me double the amount owed, and sent it to me via Pay Pal.  They even covered the transfer fees to boot.
So now I can mark this 3 months of long drawn out issues.  As finally complete.

  • That is such good news.  And for them to double your money, well, that says a lot.

Sending to paypal seems like such a logical solution!  Why oh why can't it always be that way.  Double for your trouble AND painlessly transferred into a nice trusted money site.
