        Does anyone know if rushmore is having processor issues? I requested a wiretransfer on the 21st of sept. and have not received it yet. Read on this site on another thread that someone else is having problems too. So can I get any insight about this PLEASE! 8'|

        Seems there has been some players have difficulties. They do tend to eventually pay but it seems you have waited exceeding long.

        Have you contacted support and what have they told you if you did.

        See my post in the "why?" thread. Played there for over 4 years and while they have had processor issues in the past. this time, the don't seem to work it out since their processor is sending international wires and the banks are rejected them. Likely due to the country or bank being on the "watch" list.

        Hi All, received an e-mail this morning wanting me to call them. So I did. Jane informed me that they were having issues with the withdrawal department. She led me to believe it was with staff and not the system. So I verified my banking info and she told me I should receive my withdrawl sometime this next week. Boy I hope she's right, and this is not another wishful promise. I can say the people are really nice and they try to be helpful. Anyhow I'll keep all posted. Happy Thought's Please.

        Hey judi.......  any word yet on this?  I usually stick to CWC brands but I was thinking of going back to Rushmore for a quick deposit.  I would play with Rushmore alot in the past so any updates would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks

        No sorry haven't received my money as of yet.  It has only been 5 working day's since I received the e-mail saying the issue was fixed. I'll post when I get it soon I hope. Hope this help's. I really like playing at their site too.

        Well my last email said two of my wires re-processed by new processor and if that were true and they had "actually" been processed to my bank account I would have received them on Friday 10/14 but I did not. So, still don't believe they were processed from the EU. I received wires from Ireland 1-2 days max after sent.

        Plus, when support called to verify wire information, information I had emailed them several times, the person didn't seem to be knowledgeable of the the wire process so that worries me.

        I have played on Rushmore for over 3 years.  They consistently have processor/ payout troubles.  I just received a withdrawal last week from August!  They do pay, but, wow, they sure can be slow!

        Also....(I know this is a gamblers falicy) but, I really think their games have been "tightened" in more favor of the house in the last 6 months.
