Is there anyway to withdrawal from the Club World Group without a bank account?  I am in the US and I do not have a US bank account and I cannot open one either because of chexsystems.  I use a prepaid card for my deposits so the pay my card or card force option are a no go for me too.  I tried netspend but they rejected it and the money was put back into my casino account.  I would not even be asking but this is a pretty large amount and I need some way to get it.  Thanks for any help any of you can provide.  I contacted MelB but have not heard back as of yet.  I am hoping for a quick solution so I can have the cash in time for Christmas shopping

just a thought- a check written out to you that you sign over to someone else and they deposit into their savings account (thru the atm would probably be best) and you wait to see if it clears (could take a week or more)

just sign the back with your name then "payable to (and their name)" with their account number and the words 'for deposit only"

it would help if you can do this with someone who has the same last name as yours

A lot of banks don't do that anymore unless you share the account with them. Of course, if you're able to get it to go through... I got a check from bofa addressed to me and my kids dad from their overdraft settlement, and they wouldn't do it because we didn't share the same acct anymore.

I didn't say it was a sure thing but she sounds kind of desperate..I deposited a check into my daughters account (different last name) at the atm and into savings not checking and it went through and cleared in 4 days..probably depends on where the check is drawn from and if it looks at all shady to begin with.

I did contact the rep yesterday but have not heard back yet.  The Club World cashier has been so nice and trying so hard to accommodate me.  They are going to try the cardforce option to my netspend card to see if that will go through, if not I might have another option.  Will keep everyone updated!  Thanks for all of your suggestions and help!

Why won't you just go open a checking account at some local small bank or credit union? There is a bank I know that will even allow 2nd chance banking (If that be the case). PM if you need the information...

Well I am still waiting on the rep to contact me back regarding this issue.  He/she seems to be MIA ... not sure what to make of it. I hope someone gets in touch with me regarding this issue soon.  The clock is ticking!

Did you hear back from the rep?  I am having the same issue.  I have a Netspend card and a Skylight Card, they both allow direct deposits from employers or anyone its just not connected to an actual checking account so I was wondering if that would work

The only way to withdrawal using netspend is if they are doing an ACH that does not require a swift code.  They will not accept a wire of any kind.  It has to look like a direct deposit.  Also they will not accept any kind of pay my card unless they can see a debit for the amount that is being credited back.  They are really horrible about this.  My withdrawal went back to net spend via that method and they accepted the funds and credited them to my card but then blocked my account so I couldn't retrieve them.  So now they have been sitting there for a week while I wait for the cashier to go back and do a chargeback to retrieve them so I can have them issued another way.  It has been a real pain in the butt and I am really upset with net spend.  They have the funds and all they would have to do was unblock my account so I can retrieve them, but they are really being unreasonable.  So I am between a rock and a hard place.  Waiting for the cashier to retrieve the funds and waiting for email telling me they have done so.  So far, it has been over a week and haven't heard a word.  I have no idea what is going on and where my money is at this point in time.

So my good advice to you is to either make sure it is an ACH if you are going the net spend route or have it wired into your bank account, if you have one.  Trust me you don't want to go through a mess like this.  It is aggravating and draining.
