        Hello guys i just received my payment from grandevegas casino (650eur) But now when i try to withdraw or send my funds from MB i get this message "Your account is locked for outgoing transfers and credit/debit card payments therefore we cannot complete this transaction.

        To unlock your account, you must upload funds into your Moneybookers account via bank transfer."

        Any1 had this same issue and why this came? ive been moneybookers customer for 1-2year now  Ps: I made a bank transfer already but it takes 2-5days

          I don't use Moneybookers tenho so I can't really comment.  However, I will say that it seems a little strange.  I assume you are using the secure website i.e. https.....etc

          Yep i use..:) I dont know was it because i tried to add my phone number which was already used by my girlfriend O_o anyways very annoying just got my winnings from grandevegas (

          Hi tenho7,

          uploading funds to your MB via bank transfer is one of their verification procedures. I dont think there is anything to worry about. I have been using MB for almost 5 yrs now without any problems.

          Now i received my bank transfer to MB but it still remains closed maybe i need to wait till they answer my email and re-open it?

              Perhaps try another email and if you still have no joy, stick the word "COMPLAINT" in the subject line.  That should help.
