        I have been a member of this forum for years now.  I don't post as often as I once did but I am still here behind the scenes checking in several time a day.  I am an experienced gambler and have been playing online for 10 years now.  I have had to deal with hiccups here and there with casinos but nothing like the nightmare I could not wake up from with Lotus Asia.  I am no way saying there at fault here.  I blame no one but I just want to warn anyone who even thinks about having a payment to netspend card.  Three words:  DON"T DO IT!!!!

        When I found out they offer payment to card I was delighted.  It sounded so simple!  I have had two different payment to card transactions that went through without a hitch.  Then I received my third one for $243.00 on March 8th.  The casino sent it as a refund.  As soon as it hit my card they blocked it.  I had no means of getting to any of my money in that account and ALL my money was in that account.

        Netspend said I had to show a receipt for the original purchase or have the merchant reverse the refund.  Until then my account would continue to be blocked.  The withdrawal I made was from a free $50.00 chip the casino offered me for a delay on another withdrawal.  So as for Netspend needing a receipt, well we both no I could not offer one.  So the only way to get this straightened out was to have the casino reverse the refund/winnings.

        They told me it she be taken care of in 5 days.  So I went a whole weekend without any money at all (like I said all my money is on my card) with no cash.  I even emailed them, contacted customer service via telephone and live chat.  I was told it is being escalated to finance and when they heard something they would let me know. 

        Welll a week went by and still no reversal or even a reversal in site.  By now I am frantic!!!  I have had two direct deposits go onto my card and I have bills to pay.  My phone was shut off first, then my water.  I had to bother some money from a friend so my electric wouldn't be shut off too.  I ran out of my medications and I take five different ones a day.  I had to return my unopened Roku device my husband had bought me as a gift.  This gave us a little money for some food while my kids were off on spring break.  I had promised them we would do some special things while they were off.  I couldn't even make them toast when they asked because I couldn't buy a loaf of bread.

        By now 12 days have ween by.  I have no control over the situation and feel powerless.  My stomach is in knots and I can't sleep.  I finally posted on this forum see above link.  Because I have seen in the past that Blueday and Zuga can move mountains if they have to.  The rep on the forum responded saying it should be taken of that day!  Oh I was so happy!  But that was short lived.

        The rep started emailing me that they were working on it, ect.  I was so tired of hearing the word escalations and processors.  I felt like I was losing my mind.  Finally, enough was enough and I emailed Zuga and Blueday to see if they could get something done.  They of coursed worked there magic wands and on the 14th day the reversal was complete and my account was unblocked. 

        If you have had payment to cards for Netspend in the past please don't risk withdrawing that way again.  It is not worth it.  I had two successful payment to cards but the last one took me completely by surprise.  I will NEVER EVER do this again.  The anguish was just too much and if this was the only way the casino could pay me, well I would tell them, just keep the money.  lol

        Sorry for the long post I just wanted to get my point across.  It is not fun having money in your account and not being able to spend it.  We had much much more than the $243.00 in my account but just couldn't touch any of it.  If  this is post helps just one person not to go through the nightmare I just woke up from.....then my job here is done.

        So providing you don't receive a payment as "refund", everything should be ok.

        I'm glad it's resolved and thanks for the warning for other members.
