        this group of casinos has changed managers according to chat support and has now decided every player will only receive payouts in installments of $500.00/wk regardless of their VIP Status. And, speaking of your VIP/Player Class; it is next to impossible to find out what it is. In fact, my vip class at slots jungle actually went down from the level I was at in 2011 when I have still continued to play and deposit on a weekly basis. 

        They advise at all three casinos that payouts are normally paid in $500.00 installments per week but have failed to state so in their terms and conditions.  This is deceptive trade practice and I won't tolerate it.

        Neither should any player.

          The terms of withdrawal state the following:

          "All withdrawals are paid in installments of up to $3,000. This is determined according to player class. Withdrawal approval time can take up to 4 business days. You will be notified by email when we send out your winnings......"

          I agree the $500 is a bit of a joke though.

          the thing that they do is arbitrarily change your player class to whatever they want.......AND.....wont and never will define even what the player classes are...every other casino lists what is the DEFINITION of their player classes....two years later and daniel still hasnt answered this one ?

          The real joke is that chat support, phone support, vip support can't even explain what player classes are, how you achieve them AND what player class you currently are.

          Per their website VIP players are suppose to get more benefits, faster payouts, special bonuses and more. BUT, when I phoned to ask why I have been depositing consistently since 2011 and never consistently get these perks; the rep said he doesn't know anything about it and to contact the finance department, which I have many many times and never, EVER, receive a reply.

          It seems that once you make a withdrawal, they routinely stop deposit bonuses and now, Daniel(the rep here) says he can not credit me with the LCB cash back bonuses as I am cut off from bonuses.

          This is why this is BS, I have deposited nearly $9,000.00 since 10/12 only a few times did I receive a bonus( seems they give you back bonuses on a whim and take them away on whim). Lost it all. Yet no bonus, no LCB cashback, and takes forever to redeem my comps which are valued at 1/2 of the amount I get at Win Palace and Slots Jungle.  In other words, if I have 1200 points at slots jungle I get $12.00 but at Casino Titan I only get $6.00

          Sorry but I call this deceptive trade practices and consider this casino group and their new manager to be scam artists.  Not one of their support reps can answer questions regarding player class and withdrawal status, advise to contact Finance and ask them and then you never get a reply from finance or are contacted by your vip rep that knows nothing.

          They should be rouged.

          P.S. I always received my LCB cashback bonus even when I was not prive to vip deposit bonuses, I only recently tried to redeem my cashback on nearly $5000.00 worth of deposits and was informed by Daniel that he couldn't credit the cashback as I currently can't get deposit bonuses.

          Nice of them to notify me of that before I deposited and nice of them to notify me that for the very first time Slots Jungle would only be sending me a $500.00 check of the $4100.00 I won. that's 8 weeks to pay my entire winnings; not acceptable when they have always paid me 100% up to $3000.00/week.

          Their response, "policies change".  Ok, but how about notifying your players of the change before they deposit?  Duh!

          I can notify Daniel about this thread. But obviously I cannot influence their managements decision to allow/deny promotions.

          I hope Daniel will be able to shed some light though....

          I'm sorry but don't agree. I would agree if it was done retroactively, But

          Footdr was credited for her previous deposits and when it was done, i have informed her that I won't be able to give cashback for her future deposits.

          She has chosen to continue depositing despite my PM.

          You have posted threads before that you were going to stop depositing or playing, and you always continue to play obviously.

          The practice of $500 payments is common knowledge with this group.  Thats great that you may have got larger payments in the past, but they change things all the time.  You have spent enough time in all these forums that you should know this is how they operate, it should not really be a surprise. 

          Now your calling it a deceptive trade practice.  Seriously?  Is this you new attack on your personal agenda?  The whole thing is deceptive.  You gambling online knowing it is illegal is deceptive.  You using your credit card/debit card to process gambling transactions is deceptive, and yes indeed the casino operating in US is deceptive, but they are not forcing you to deposit so IMO you are initiating these deceptive acts. 

          You also just started another thread about Slots Jungle.  This is obv a personal attack because you are mad at them.  Your post is nothing that you didnt already know.  It seems the personal agenda has to do with this cashback issue, which SJ already commented that you were messaged you were no longer elgible.

          You have made your point on this forum with plenty of freedom to express yourself. I think i can speak for many members that it's time to put it to rest. Therefore anymore attempts for an ongoing mission to continuously attack this casino or group needs to stop.

          We can all appreciate your complaints and most of us agree the terms definitely could use change. But counteracting with charge-backs and threats of legal recourse and using the LCB forum relentlessly to express it has to come to a close.

          After receiving several complaints from our members i am asking you nicely to drop it.

            At which casino did you PM me about? and when and why where you informed that any player unable to claim bonuses, at the current time, would not be prive to the cashback bonus?  Since my post, my deposit bonuses were suddenly "reinstated" at winpalace.  Seems this entire thing is arbitrary, sudden and done at the whim of the casino management.  Sorry, but that is not right. And, I want other players that have deposited at your casinos consistently, for years, to know what they might expect.

          I have no problem with you Daniel, not your fault, you have no control over what management does.

          What do you mean by winpalace not aware of my posts?  Winpalace reinstituted my bonuses. It is Casino Titan where I have lost $1000's of dollars with no bonuses, half the usual comp point value on those deposits and now don't even get the cash back on my losses.

          That is very upsetting.

          Plus the fact that out of the blue the "new" manager decided to only start paying my winnings in $500.00 installments instead of the $2500.00 I was getting. And, instead of being sent a $500.00 wire which they knew is the way I preferred payment they sent me a check for $500.00 and told me it was sent FEDEX on  3/27/2013 and when I contacted them as I still had not received it by 4/4/2013 they told me it takes ten days via FEDEX; which is impossible as fedex is either express(3 day delivery) or ground(5 days).  A call to FedEx on 3/4 indicated that they hadn't received an envelope for me. Therefore, there is no way I will even receive it 10 busniness days if sent on 3/27 as told.

          Then early am on 3/5 chat support informed me the casino was having "technical issues" and my check should be sent very soon.  What gives? As several days ago I was advised they would email me the tracking number.

          inconsistent responses regarding my withdrawal.
