        hi, can anyone explain it ?
        its not in my account, but one of my friends and he can not transfer money, skrill phone number is yet not available!

        actually this is not normal, he want to get 300euro out (he won at casino and tried to transfered to the friend who can take it off from card, so there is no fraud) and now he must simple wait and cant get acces to his moeny!

        Your friend is verified with documents?.To have full access with skrill you must send them a scanned copy of id card.Maibe they suspect something on his account.

        there is not verification problem, but tech or smt like that. account is not suspendet!

        If its not verification problem I really dont know what it is but just wanted to say one thing.

        If this is money swap or trade be careful because fraudsters usually start having "issues" with money transferring when time comes for them to send the money in question.

        Otherwise I cant think of anything else except verification issue either by account sending money or receiving it. I think that both of them must be verified for transaction to take place.

        I usually make transfers between friend accounts,and I never got any error,both accounts have been verified and have no limit transactions.
