    Hi guys i have been sent a payment online via skrill, but i want to spend the money through a merchant and i get a message to many logins attempted last 24 hours, why is this can you please help me. I am logged in and have a positive balance it don't make any sense, i just want to use the funds.

    i think u got it because you logged in too many times with wrong information. i use skrill last few years never was any problem, if u can logged in,but cant use ur money then better make a new ticket with skrill support! because in ur skrill account u can logged in how much u want, if problem come from another site, then ask why they didnt allowed u use skrill in their site.

    This company is useless, they don't reply to emails and i was actually waiting on the phone to talk to a skrill adviser  and the next second you could hear a customer talking with a customer adviser about sending money on the phone, don't they take security seriously, paypal is the best company easily.

    Well, all the issues I had with them were resolved, and I didn't have any problems with the support over the phone, but yes, they don't really answer emails that promptly..
