        site crashed this afternoon and I was playing a slot and had the feature, when it was back up and running it resumed the feature game but did not credited the winnings and when I contacted technical support they said it would take several days to investigate and credit the winnings, never had this before at any of the other casino and will not be making any more deposits with sky vegas.

        Hi Garychi. This is a standard procedure when a technical glitch happen. Just to let you know that can happen on all other Casinos. Also making a title like that - Sky vegas is a joke is not really any good or doing you any favours. You could had named it Technical problems at Sky Vegas, and then given a statement in your post. Doing it this way will just make anyone unwilling to even give you any feedback.

        Can understand you are frustrated but again it is all about patience, If you showed some kind of patience and bit of Easter spirit then I am sure Sky Vegas will get this looked into as quick as they can and will also credit you possible with something extrea next week. It is weekend now and bank holidays so you can not expect them to be available 24 hours. This calls for all Casinos again!

        Paasekuk I guess you work for sky vegas. Firstly I don't care about my feedback as I only stated what happened, as for sky vegas being a joke that was me being polite a quick search of the internet will tell you that they are infamous for not paying when there was a technical glitch and have even payed the money to customers accounts only to take it back again. This situation does not happen at other sites as I have had this happen in the past and a quick chat to customer support has got it sorted straight away.Sky have said 7 working days to sort it and I know I am not the only one as they say they say they have a lot of accounts to get through.  Anyway this is there loss not mine as I would not deposit here again and will be using more reputable casinos.

        That is fine no need for a snitchy comment. I work for SkyVegas HUH???, I still find your post a joke no matter what and that is just my opinion. I have never stated SkyVegas has not had problems on certain places or said they are the best Casino out there have I?? Technical glitches or problems happens at just about all Casinos. Be welcome to post same thing at Casinomeister an I can promise you people wont be as "nice" and "polite" that I was in my first post to this.

        I've never really had any trouble with sky vegas, I always saw them as a really trustworthy site, with decent support Sorry about your troubles though mate.

        Sky are usually very quick to resolve any technical issues, they have to give you an upper estimate of the possible length of time it could take to get things sorted so as not to leave you disappointed if it takes a little effort to sort, but I'm sure you can trust that they are genuinely doing their best to resolve it for you as soon as possible.

        Now if only I had as much faith in their blackjack .... !
