        Got a Free Chip and won here why does it take so long for this casino to pay out, I am considered a VIP and still can't get a fast payout haven't payed in a while here but because I got the chip decided to play it but hey are talking 3 weeks before payout, where I normally play minimum 3 to 4 days.

        Ok this is what I got declined because of multiple free chips come on now I am VIP at several casinos I know the rules I was at this one also....This was not a free chip I won this according to the email: Do this say free chip no it says Won and it was added by the way by a manager...would attach screen shot but has all my info in the shot

        Credited by manager or claimed yourself, it's still 2 free chips in a row whichever way you look at it.  Although I should say, I really don't understand why they would credit you with a chip knowing that your last transaction was a free chip.  I certainly would query this with them and ask them why they did this in contravention of their own rules!

        That is a sticky situation. Firstly there was no code to enter and it was put in your account by management and technically it wasn't you claiming it. Cheers to Charlie for taken care of it.

        Update so far it has been approved but since my first post I have not received funds, I use to play at this casino but it just takes a crazy amount of time to get your winnings I have not ever seen any casino take this long. I play at others and typically my winnings are 4 to 5 day from approval to deposit. I will not play here again just to long. Its been almost a month since they first denied the approved it. Crazy. Will let you all know if i receive it and let the games begin

        PS there customer service is horrible everyone has the same script you can't never get any real answers they tell you to email payout and never get a response. The only emails I get are promotional and acknowledgment that the received my email what good is it to say you received it if you don't respond to it...This is the worse customer service ever and I talk to a lot of chat

        So far since payout approved I get the same run around email payouts I have emailed them several times and no response chat says the same generic thing we don't have that information u have to contact payout come back at this when u come back they still can't help u same thing if u can't get no one to response to your via email or no one in chat can tell u anything u are flying blind their communication between there own departs is awful no one can tell u anything I tell u I am glad this was win off comp money although I have deposited in the past I would be very pissed right now if this is the way they handle their customers I would not recommend depaoiting your own money....
