  • I would say very vague to describe it, but again no need for details unless 8eighty8 comes back to fight it.

if what daniel says is in fact the absolute truth....how easy would it be to put this matter to rest.  it would take five seconds...the answer he gave makes NO sense.....my grandma always told me...it is really easy to explain the truth.......it is lies that tend to sound fishy???

  • Here is what Daniel said about this player:

8eighty8 is a fraud player. There are 2 guys that are trying to use the forum to generate pressure in order to get paid and most important, to gain knowledge on how they were caught.

He is obviously not publishing the fraud so they can't gain knowledge on how they were caught.

  • Regardless whether members believe other players posts on slots jungle not paying, one thing is for sure: they use to pay me my total amount of withdrawal and now only paying me $500.00 per withdrawal with no change in terms and no email notice to me that my payout was changes.  That is not right.

I honestly think that they do that because they don't have enough money on hand to pay out total amounts so they rely on deposits from other players to cover any wins.  They must not be working with enough "working capital" which is wrong in my opinion.  Having a minimum that you can cashout per week is ridiculous.  They take full deposits so how come no full payouts???  See the problem is is that they give a "range"  $100 - $3000 you can request per week.  Why even bother if they are only going to approve $500 at a time?  They do this all of the time so just make their terms clear ... $500 max per cashout request because that is all they ever approve at a time anyway.  Its not right if you think that if you request $3000 that you are going to get $3000 because it NEVER happens.  They string it out $500 at a time AND because they only work M-Th it always takes them the full 4 "business" days to approve a cashout which usually ends up being at least 7 - 10 "total" days for approval depending on what day you request your cashout and then it takes another 14 days or more to even see the money.  What also really stinks is the fact that while you have a pending cashout you cant deposit any additional funds and continue to play.  They want to force you to play your winnings back if you want to play.  All for their benefit so you can't win anymore on top of what you have pending in winnings.  It just is a shitty practice all the way around.  Microgaming NEVER did that AND I always saw whatever I cashed out within 48 hours of winning anything!  If I won $5000 and requested it then that is what I was paid.  No nonsense or excuses!  I seriously think that this group really needs to step it up and do the right thing and change their shady practices.  JMO
  • I really don't understand what all the drama is about this player not getting paid. Daniel clearly stated that 8eighty8 committed fraud.

If anyone should be coming forward to defend their case then is should be 8eighty8 . If anyone is angry it should be at 8eighty8 if he is falsely accused. And as far as i see it he did commit fraud because he never came back.

He blasted this casino for not getting paid and guess what? It backfired and he finally got busted and now he doesn't have a word to say.

Daniel hasn't duped him or the members. The only one duping members here is 8eighty8 who got exactly what he wanted to rally the troops with his sob story of not getting paid and it worked!

If any members are upset, then direct it at who deserves it, the player committing fraud and praying on your sympathy and support. He has done nothing but dupe the members here.

If the casino rep does not want to go into the details of the fraudulent activity that is his prerogative and most likely is the terms of the casino not to divulge the details under their privacy policy.

I do agree there has been reports of slow payouts for players and Daniel has openly admitted it. I also think that $500 on a withdrawal max is unreasonable and hope they reconsider the terms because they will lose players as a result.

I do hope members can see this situation for what it is and not advocate players who know darn well they committed a wrong doing.

  • Personally I have never had an issue being paid by Slots Jungle. winpalace or casino titan since I started playing this group several years ago.  As long as you comply with the terms and conditions including the terms of any deposit bonus; you shouldn't have any problems being paid.  It takes their casinos on average 4 business days to approve your withdrawal provided you have already sent required documents and fax back form and then anywhere up to 10 days to receive your wiretransfer if that is the paymet method you chose and the only payment method available to U.S. players to my knowledge.

If you are experiencing problems being paid your winnings, I would contact them and ask why you payment is delayed.  Please post your issues so others can try to help you.  Ok?

  • I have a big win at Slots Jungle Casino & they stopped paying me!
To process my win they asked me to send my passport, 2 utility bills and a fax form. They approved my documents and started making payments to me. Shortly there after they delayed my payment, I sent them an email inquiring about the delay, and they responded...
Regarding your recent withdrawal request, due to a management decision we have temporarily placed this on hold, as our security department are reviewing all accounts. We will keep you updated with any changes via email.
Please accept my profuse apologies for the delay.

Weeks later I emailed them a 2nd time inquiring about my payment, once again they sent the same email as stated above. That was the last I heard from them & they stopped paying me!

" Regarding your recent withdrawal request, due to a management decision we have temporarily placed this on hold, as our security department are reviewing all accounts. We will keep you updated with any changes via email.
Please accept my profuse apologies for the delay".  Sounds like total B.S. to me and unacceptable.  Therefore due to the large amount of money they owe you I would send them an email advising them that if you don't receive payment for the total amount they owe you, you will be forced to take any legal action afforded you to recoop the amount owed.  I don't know how much you have deposited at this casino and its sister casinos, but if after demanding they remit payment within 14 business days(up to you) they still haven't paid you and offer no information as to when you will be paid; I would dispute any deposits made to them or their sister casinos within the last 90 days  Most credit card companies and banks will allow you to dispute charges within 60 days for 100% reimbursement and beyond that for a lesser percentage of the charges.  Often just advising the casino that you plan to dispute your deposits up to the amount they owe you will result in them paying you.  If not, the bank or credit card company will return your mone  and recover it from the casinos processor who then under a normal contract with the casino will recover it from  the casino  It is likely the casino would rather pay you than deal will a dispute that ends in a charge-back that ultimately will increase the % they are charged by the processor for processing their deposits and payments.
This is really only the legal recourse you have.

I am dumbfounded that this casino has decided not to pay the remainder of your winnings as they have always treated me fairly when it comes to payment other than limiting weekly payment to $500.00 reently.
  • what is the fraud???
IT IS A SIMPLE QUESTION>>>>WHAT FRAUD

  • Ok, I've been reading this drama unfold.
We have no idea what form of fraud was committed.  100% of the casinos in the world really won't comment on how they caught a player from the get go.  Unless is if the scheme is old and no longer useful.
So can I ask what makes you think this situation is any different.  That's all you seem to harp about on this thread.  I really vote for this thread to be locked and closed.  Why?  All it seems is a broken record, on one person getting really upset over something that "really" doesn't affect them.

  • i guess i am just not one to take a half ass answers that sound like a crock of shit....i bet you are satisfied with the Benghazi answer too huh huh? laugh_out_loud  go figure

  • I think it is reasonable that Daniel does not give information on what the fraud was - surely the casino would be opening themselves up to further fraud from other players?

Attacking reps who come on board and offer an explanation that is not quite satisfactory to your needs for which it doesn't even pertain to you is the crock. REFUSING to accept the explanation that he committed fraud and wanting to know the sorted details is really not yours or any our business if the rep chooses not to share it.

Getting snippy with members who don't see it your way is also a CROCK. Enough of trying to reason with you and your uncompromising demands.

If the player accused wants to challenge these accusations he can certainly come back and open up a new thread

    I am locking this thread.
  • This topic will remain locked however I think I owe everyone at forum a short brief on what was/is the main issue here.

I was in London last week for the annual iGaming Conference where I had a chance to meet down with Daniel and discuss about this very thread.

After talking to him I am convinced this player was indeed a fraudster and is not operating alone.

The only reason why they got originally paid was because the fraud was not spotted earlier.

Unfortunately I am not in liberty to disclose more information as to how they got caught ( for the same reason why Daniel was reluctant to publish such info on here ),  as it would only show these fraudsters what they did that got them busted.

You all can take  my word for it, or not , that is your choice , but Im confident this was the right move by Daniel and their fraud dep. to stop any further payments.

We also discussed the issue of low weekly cashout limits and i was assured it is something they been working on for some time now in order to improve this.

Daniel was open about their shortcomings and he is here to help every legit player to get paid ( in case there is a problem ) and he has personally helped in getting many members paid full amount at once disregarding those low withdrawal limits..

Do I think they should do more and improve, yes definitely , but do i think their group is all  bad and in the business of scamming players, no I dont.
