Definition of deceptive trade practices as it applies to this Casino and their terms and conditions:

Most state deceptive trade practices statutes include broad restrictions on "deceptive" or "unfair" trade practices. These states often include prohibitions against FRAUDULENT practices and unconscionable practices. The Federal Trade Commission, when interpreting the FTCA, does not require that the person committing an act of deception have the intent to deceive. Moreover, the FTC does not require that actual deception occur. The FTC merely requires that a party have the capacity to deceive or commit an unfair trade practice. If a business or individual has this capacity or tendency to deceive, the FTC under the FTCA may order the company to cease and desist the deceptive or unfair practice. State statutes similarly do not require that a company specifically intends to deceive, nor must a company always have knowledge that a statement is false to be liable for misrepresentations made to a consumer/

Because Slots Jungle fails to follow it own stated terms and conditions. Arbitrarily changes their payout terms and refuses to define a players class when asked; I believe they are guilty of deceptive trade. When a casino changes it terms and conditions it should notify its players, when payout is dependant upon player class, they should be able to tell the player what their player class is and how it will impact their payout.  When the casino chooses to change the players payout terms they should first notify them prior to their next deposit or withdrawal. Prior to banning the player from further deposit bonuses, when they are a vip player; the casino should notify them and provide an explanation.  I will not play any of the casinos in this group in the future and plan to take legal action against them.

and let me also add that according to Daniel the LCB rep he can no longer credit me the cash back since after my last withdrawal and payment the "finance department" has taken away my vip deposit bonuses.  This seems to be the norm for this group. Doesn't matter how much you deposit and lose, following a withdrawal you are not prive to further bonuses or cashbacks.  What a crock and what bad business.

they are definately rogue and totally full of shit.....as long as there are gambling addicts like the majority of people that play there they will continue to be clowns.  they know they are breaking the law with, dealing with someone who is also breaking the law...similar to going to the cops when you bought some weed off a drug dealer that sucks......so they are crooks and they know it but the whole thing is illegal so they dont care.  i think daniel could be a fantastic democratic candidate for 2016 and he would probably win....go figure

Agree with all except your comment about Daniel, I honestly believe that none of these casinos support staff have any control or input when it comes to what is going on.  Chat support doesn't, phone, support doesn't and VIP Support.  They all say it is the Manager and the Finance/Security Team that determines player class, whether a player can claim a bonus, how much a player will be paid per week, etc.

Yes it is BS, Fraud and Deceptive Trade.

To respond to your comments about them taking advantage of players because it is illegal.  Actually, we can use that to our advantage when they decide to suddenly start paying us only $500.00/week of our winnings, especially when our withdrawal is $4700.00 as mine was.  Mind you I have always got $3000/wk in the past(since 2011). Sorry but not waiting 9 weeks to get all my money and especially when they just now decided to send me checks, which I normally don't accept.  I asked before setting up my accounts  about this and was told if I wanted wires they could note that on my account. Yeh, right.

Because they process the charges fraudulently, it is easy to dispute them and get your money credited back up to the amount they owe you.  But, if you decide to do that, you will likely not be able to deposit at any RTG casinos again.  In my opinion, who cares, it takes too long to get paid these days, the percentage payouts are down and the VIP perks virtually non-existent.  So if you get screwed and have had it and are sick of being deceived and want the money owed you in one payment, you do have a means of recourse.

Another thread for your personal attack against Slots Jungle.  Your really stretching with your deceptive trade practice and then you mention FTC which has nothing to do with an international business.

I said it in one of your other threads,  the deception starts with you.  You create the first deceptive act by gambling on line when you know its illegal.  Then you conduct another deceptive act by using your credit card/debit card to fund your illegal gambling.  Your lying to your bank and not acknowledging that these purchases are for gambling.  All credit cards/debit cards do hve some satement that says using the card for gambling is illegal.

You have again gone and suggested chargebacks.  You have posted multiple times to this forum suggesting chargebacks in the past.  You actually just responded to a thread that was a few months old where you said the same thing .  Actually you just replied that you didnt recall saying antyhing like that, and I hade to show the quote , and here you go again.  This is uncalled for and totally unacceptable.  You are advising people of an evil act.  ALL CASINOS that can  identify your accounts with this post should ban you immediately.  LCB should also ban you immediately. You have made way too many posts about chargebacks and become a real pest with your personal attacks when things dont go your way.

PLEASE NOTE----The above post didnt format properly.  Please be aware that there is no quote from Dabigdog even though it shows his name in a quote.  The only quote was Footdr talking about disputing charges.  Then below it was my post. Here it is again so it doesnt look like a quote.

Here is my stance on it. If you don't like a casino it is a easy fix quit playing there. There is plenty of casino without constant ragging about a certain one. Seems to be you keep playing there and reading your non-stop complaints is getting old. QUIT PLAYING there and make us all happy.

The relentless revenge is wasted energy. Put your energy to good use and save/plant a tree instead.

        footdr,

You have made your point on this forum with plenty of freedom to express yourself. I think i can speak for many members that it's time to put it to rest. Therefore anymore attempts for an ongoing mission to continuously attack this casino or group needs to stop.

We can all appreciate your complaints and most of us agree the terms definitely could use change. But counteracting with charge-backs and threats of legal recourse and using the LCB forum relentlessly to express it has to come to a close.

After receiving several complaints from our members i am asking you nicely to drop it.

Per Slots Jungle Chat Support Agent, Dana, my promised FEDEX was sent.  Per my call to FedEx, no envelope in transit to me, so chatted again with DANA, this time told the Casino is having Technical Issues which have just today been "corrected" and my check should be sent soon.

So, for the last week told it was sent and would take 10 days, eventhough even FEDEX ground only takes 5 days max and Express only 3 days.  Now finally told the truth, never sent yet.

So I believe my previous posts are representative of the current situation at this casino.  Those attacking me were wrong and owe me an apology.

Ragging?  I am posting facts about this casino, my experience and the truth.  Players should be told when a casino is having problems. Especially problems not experienced before by me and by many other players.

Read my post regarding their "technical issues".  I am trying to let others know what is happening. I am not just arbitrarily "ragging" on the casino.  Sorry if that is what you think.
