        Yesterday and today, I made a deposit and while the amount was deducted from my bank account balance, it was not credited to my casino account.

        This appears to be happening for more than a week and only when processed by a Singapore processor. 

        While both deposits were eventually credited with 30min. to 1 hour.  Per chat support, some have not been credited.

        Since things have changed with this group and free deposits for vip customers, regardless of how often they deposit or how long they have been a vip; are next to NIL(unlike several years ago). They can't even offer you a no[deposit bonus to compensate for the problem and time players spend on the issue.  Granted many deposits do eventually get credited but IMO, management should stop using the processor until the problem is corrected and at the very least should advise players prior to them depositing.

        Once chat rep said if it isn't credited I will get the money back.  But couldn't explain how.  Per my experience the only way would be to wait 3 days and if the transaction isn't completed by the processor, the bank returns the funds to your account.  Not acceptable IMO.

        So personally, I won't be depositing again until I am assured by support that either they dropped this processor or the processor has corrected the problem

        Glad I am not the only one who noticed that ... it happens all of the time and that is why I do not play there anymore ... you shouldnt have to wait even a minute for your money to be deposited and if it isnt, you sure should not have to wait days to get it back either.  I have no idea what is going on with them over there.

            "Although we can appreciate this isn’t an ideal scenario for a player and the casino it is something that we are speaking to the processor to try and resolve. It is rare but it can happen if communications with the processor are lost during the process.

            The players do not need to wait 3 days, if that happens and the player contacts us, we’ll investigate with the processor and find out where the funds are. If they were taken but not credited to the casino, then the processor will confirm this and we’ll add a manual credit to the players account. Depending on the response time from the processor we can get this done pretty quickly, if not the same day then the following."

            HAAAAAAAAAAAAA that makes me laugh .... we all know how long it takes to get anything accomplished with a "processor" ... if they can fix a deposit with a "processor" in a few hours or a day or so then how come it doesnt work the same way with withdrawal issues .... just saying.

              I really can't answer that question trpschick.  I only quoted what the casino said to me.  If any player has a problem such as this regarding deposits, then they could pm me and I'll try and resolve the issue speedily via the reps.

              This happened to me at Lucky Red last week.  I use my debit card to deposit and I check my bank online often.  They actually charged me twice for a deposit I made.  So I sent an email telling them the situation and within 30 minutes got an email back.  They were very apologetic and they asked if I wanted to play it or have it refunded.  It was my choice.  I decided to play it and emailed them.  Almost immediately I got an email back that they put the funds in my casino account.

              I find CWC group very responsive and this is the only group I deposit with.

              I agree that they are trying to do right. But wanted to make players aware of the issue. 
              Aside from my previous post, I had an email that money was deposited into one of my casino accounts and thank goodness the cashier was on top of things because I hadn't realized my declined deposit actually had gone through!

              This is why it is so important for players to stay ontop of things and check there bank account online after ever approved A ND declined deposit.

              I can no longer use my bank card.  Finally got a letter from the bank saying they are issuing me a new debit card because they suspect "fraudulent" activity. There was none on my statement as far as i could tell and think it was because of the transactions to casinos even though i said every time they called they were legit. Anyone else have this problem?

              Have received calls here and there from fraud but once i had said i made the transaction it has always been cool. Strange they sent you new card without telling what the fraud was. I guess it all depends where play.

                        How do you make the deposits with the bank debit card anyway?  Do you use it like a credit card?
              I  haven't made a deposit in CW since they got rid of My Paylinq and Easy Debit.  I only use ewallets these days because I'm afraid the banks will do exactly what you guys are talking about.
