  • too many players are afraid to confront casinos when they delay payment for an extended period of time.  What is an extended period of time? IMO any time after there "stated" processing time.  Too many nnasinos rely on players doing nothing.  So what are your legal options to force payment?  Threaten to file a legal law suit( not much chance of you winning because it must be filed in the court of juristdiction(the location the business is registered in). So, truly your only option is to threaten to dispute the amount of the deposits you made up to the amount they owe you and then if they still don't pay actually dispute those charges.  You will get the deposits credited back to your charge card of bank account if using debit. They will put you on a "black list".  But your must decide which is worse, being blacklisted or getting the money owed you.  If enough players that haven't been paid per the casinos terms dispute charges, it just might force the casino to comply with their own documented terms of payment.

We do have rights whether forums want to support those right or not.

  • Should forums and casinos put you on a blacklist if you dispute deposits up to the amount the casino hasn't paid you in winnings according to the terms on their website?  IMO , no.  It would be different if you dispute charges to just get back deposits and not winnings owed to you. Big difference that many forums don't recognize IMO.

It is wrong to blacklist if they are not paying what you won on a deposit.  Sadly, we seem to be at their mercy.  I was kicked off Lotus Asia because they said I had more than one email.  I had ONE account with them but I have several emails, one for junk, one for casinos, one for personal, one for work, etc.  They listed all of my personal email accounts and thought it wasn't right for me to continue playing with them even though I had ONE account with them.  I had never deposited and glad I found out about them before  I did.

I have not won anywhere and not been paid but I usually don't win or play it all or reverse.  I'm such a loser. sad
  • I agree, it is a fine line between not getting paid and getting yourself blacklisted - a difficult choice.

What I don't understand is this -"We do have rights whether forums want to support those right or not." and  "Should forums and casinos put you on a blacklist if you dispute deposits up to the amount the casino hasn't paid you in winnings according to the terms on their website?"

Why do you include "forums" in those sentences?  This forum staff fully supports the rights of players and I cannot recall any cases of members being "blacklisted" on this forum because of a dispute with a casino.  I would say that legitimate cases are fully supported....unless you are digging at another forum which is of no interest to LCB.

Because most player forums ban members that even talk about disputing deposits, not sure about LCB
  • 1 thing I noticed about casino support is...they are always friendly and can be very helpful if you are polite them! I have chatted with live support from casinos with warning signs...and ALL of them are friendly and courteous!

What spoils their soup is their cook! Meaning...their management...not the hosts themselves. Late payments, declined payments, delaying tactics, and even ridiculous terms & conditions...are all from the casino's management team. Personally, I will not blame these live support people for any of the casino's setbacks and shortcomings, for they are merely working there for a living. They are powerless against defined terms & conditions, but they can certainly assist you in every possible manner in resolving your problems. I have had many many experiences of very late payments (over 1 month waiting time) but I do get paid in full eventually...and thankfully all these are now in the past! The managers and financial teams were certainly assisting me whenever I wrote in to them...and that is wonderful, to say the very least.

But if T&C are not met, for whatever reasons, then a solution may be a long time coming, or not at all.

Nonetheless, we are all human, and I too have lost my cool at live support (rarely)...and I have since closed all matters completely...along with my lost winnings. Angry and furious at them...but I dont want to go on living with pain in my heart and soul! wink

Really you are not sure about LCB? Have you read posts where players have disputes? When it happens we are here to offer advice, step in on players behalf and have casino reps on board.  No member is ever banned for complaining or venting.

Forgive me if i am wrong but you seem to have a very bitter taste for casino forums yet you use the LCB forum for your complaints and for the most part how unhappy you are.

Did LCB ban you for asking OUR members what casino forum is the best for US players? Did LCB ban you for using OUR forum to vent about being banned at another casino forum and plead your case in repeated threads for the soul purpose to be heard by another forum?

Then why on God's green earth would you even say you are "not sure about LCB" banning members for disputing anything about a  casino?

  • We also have a Player Complaints section. Can't imagine we'd ban anyone for posting in it.

  • It would seem also as if your really willing these days to promote charge backs.  Can I ask what casino has so horribly wronged you today that your willing to put yourself and possibly other people at risk.  That your promoting, oh well it's past the 24 hour mark from when they promised my cashout would be processed.  So I'm in my right to charge back.  Really?  I'm not understand this new attitude towards online casinos.
I for 1 am a US player.  I have become accustomed to being screwed while I play online.  Why? Not only am i asking my bank to break the laws by processing a credit card transaction.  I'm also probably fund some criminal enterprise overseas that's charging a lavish fee to charge my card for a casino transaction.
Then to boot asking another criminal enterprise to send the money back to me, to once again.  Ask my bank to break the US laws again by processing an incoming transaction.
Nothing about online gaming is really on the up and up while your gaming from the US.
Yes you can expect naughty processors to skim a few bucks here and there from your credit card.  Why? Because there not bound by US laws.
Yes you can expect to see funny checks come in the mail.  Why?  Once again there not bound and flaunting US laws.
Sure being in the US we have it easy when it comes to being able to dispute credit card charges.  Why?  Because nothing binds us to there laws, because were in the US.  Therefore unless if the credit card processor really wants to be arrested on US soil.  Sure we could file a dispute no real problem.
Yet why do I put up with all of the above.
Because for 1 I enjoy gaming from the convenience of my own house, without having to gas up the car.  Drive an hour, then possibly only last 30 minutes on my $20.  Then have to drive another hour.
When I can drive 5 minutes to my local Wal-Mart.  Load my card, hop online, and either win big or loose big.
Then to boot knowing that I have played at a fairly trusted and reasonable online casino.  That as long as I'm a good boy, send in my documents, and don't raise any hell with my credit card company.  I'll get paid within 2 weeks.
Lets talk about why, if your so readily wiling to promote charge backs.  On why a casino has wronged you so horribly bad your willing to talk about this?

  • Promoting or talking about chargebacks is not really advised.  Yes indeed there is a lot of anger in the post, your still upset at the other forum that banned you, there must be some casino giving you the run around, and you may have possibly performed a chargeback in the past.

Rather than worry about having to chargeback , why dont you spend time on research and make sure you play some place that will pay you.  I have seen your list of casinos you play and I would not touch a majority of them.  I know... you've been paid by lots of them.  Bad casinos have to pay people from time to time or else they will completely collapse.

BTW i wouldnt want to have to go through the process of disputing an "online gambling" charge on your US credit/debit card.  I assume that wouldnt be fun.  You would probably win the dispute , forget the casinos blacklisting you, but now how about being looked at as high risk with all your credit card companies.

  • Doing a charge back simply because you not getting paid fast enough, don't like the terms of the casino, think they are too tight or lost too much money is wrong.

You got that right forums don't support charge backs. Why? Because it becomes abused and players become charge back happy. We support members who are not getting paid in a timely matter and when there is enough complaints about members not getting paid at all we put up warnings.

But justice is a two way street for both the casino and the player.

You have requested that this post be deleted. I have instead modified it so members know it was your decision (which was a good one)!  smiley

  • You said please dont blast you , so you must have known it was coming.

Why the heck would you talk about how easy it is to do a chargeback in detail?  Thats almost worst than footdr.

You have obviously seen the comments that even talking about chargebacls is not cool.

Lipstick is exactly right that people will go crazy with that process if its talked about, and then everyone wonders why the "good reputable casinos have delays from time to time.

don't recall ever saying this site didn't  this site banned or failed to support my views mu or any player comments of these views but it is the norm that disputing deposits made to casinos that fail to pay as per their terms is frond upon by most player forums.

It should be frowned upon! LCB does not in any way, shape or form support charge-backs. And encouraging members to a charge-back is frowned up. Repeated conversations supporting charge-backs is frowned upon. Suggesting that LCB does not frown on charge-backs is highly frowned upon.

Seriously? I don't recall saying people should chargeback their deposits unless the casino is using Deceptive Trade Practices or changing their posted terms and Conditions without providing notice or updating the website. Seems odd that anyone would find it acceptable for casinos to defraud players and  not support the only legal option a player has available to get the money owed them after all other attempts to work with the Casino Support/management fails.  Perhaps if more players to legal measures, the casino group would change their ways, stop the deception, answer their emails, keep their websites up to date in terms of deposits/withdrawals and bonuses. Many of these groups would be charged for deceptive trade practices under the Deceptive Trade Law, if they operated here in the U.S. Since filing a lawsuit is virtually impossible, filing a claim with your bank or card issuer is the only viable option.

I don't think players will start to go crazy and chargeback/dispute their transactions unless they feel they have be deceived, are not paid in the manner promised..  And, because they know they will probably never be able to play online again.

I have owned a business for over 35 years and if I used deception, lies and refused to return their phone calls or answer their letters and emails, I certainly wouldn't still be in business.  Some online casinos need better management and need to clean up their act if they want to keep their loyal players and attract new players.  Period

  • So, truly your only option is to threaten to dispute the amount of the deposits you made up to the amount they owe you and then if they still don't pay actually dispute those charges.  You will get the deposits credited back to your charge card of bank account if using debit.

Taken you a while to respond to this.  Here you go here is where you said it.

  • footdr,

You have made your point on this forum with plenty of freedom to express yourself. I think i can speak for many members that it's time to put it to rest. Therefore anymore attempts for an ongoing mission to continuously attack this casino or group needs to stop.

We can all appreciate your complaints and most of us agree the terms definitely could use change. But counteracting with charge-backs and threats of legal recourse and using the LCB forum relentlessly to express it has to come to a close.

After receiving several complaints from our members i am asking you nicely to drop it.

    Lips

  • Thanks Lips for your view.. Yes it is definitely be Positive thing to share between the players/members can give certain way ..unless giving threats, legal hearing doesn't make any sense
