why?

After i won at Rushmore i got it up to $375 and i jut played it back because after i went to withdraw there wasnt a option that was avaliable to me.My question is why would it be so hard for the casinos to offer wu or mg or even a prepaid card that your winnings could go to that.Maybe im just grasping for straws but i believe it could work unless theres a reason why the casinos dont offer thoe options. 8'|

Rushmore advised me my wire processed on 9/13 after never receiving it I was advised they were in middle of switching processors and would be paid "soon" today advised they are looking for a new payment method to pay players and I fear from what I was told that their previous processor had funds confiscated or for some other reason has not paid Rushmore back the money that they(the processor) attempted to wire.
