    Hi, I was always curious why wire transfers took so long 3-5 business days...Could someone please explain that to me ?  Is that just a casino thing, in other words if I wanted to wire transfer someone could I do it in the same day?

    They don't take that long. That's one of the ruses they use to make you have to wait longer than you should. It's a put-off! Of course you can send me money the same day. As a matter of fact, let's do an experiment. Try to send me $100.00 and I'll let you know how soon it gets here! :-)

    Wire transfers can be sent the same day up to a certain point. In the USA, there is a Federal Reserve cutoff time. The money is then sent the following day. 3-5 days is a delay on the part of the casino.


    As a matter of fact, let's do an experiment. Try to send me $100.00 and I'll let you know how soon it gets here! :-)
